Carlisle and I arrived in Bali two days ago. It was my "birthday" today I guess. Carlisle wants to take me out to dinner. I was currently on FaceTime with Rosalie as I got ready. I slipped into a black dress with matching heels. "What do you think he's got planned for tonight?" I asked and Rosalie smiled.
"Maybe he'll propose," Emmett said as he paced by the phone. I smiled and shook my head.
"No way," I said, "He wouldn't do that on my birthday."
Rosalie glared at Emmett as I held up two bag choices. "The one on the right," She said and I nodded.
"Hair up or down?" I asked. I had gotten my hair done last week for this trip.

"Take a clip just in case," Rosalie said. I nodded and threw a clip in my bag.
"Alright, love you. I'll call you later," I said before hanging up. I slang my bag over my shoulder and walked into the living room of our villa.
Carlisle leaned against the kitchen counter. "Ready?" He asked and I nodded. He smiled and held out a hand.
I took his hand and we walked out of the villa. Bali is beautiful. It was early evening and the sun was going to set soon.
"You look beautiful," Carlisle murmured.
"Thank you," I murmured back, "You clean up pretty nice Dr. Cullen," I said and he smiled.
"Only for you," He said as we passed a group of private school kids who were on their senior trip.
The stared as us as we passed. I got annoyed of their stares, "Take a picture it'll last longer."
"There's no need to be aggressive ma'am," Their teacher said.
I laughed, "Oh baby you don't want to see me aggressive."
Carlisle laughed and we walked into the restaurant. The hostess greeted us with a smile, "Hello! Do you have a reservation?" She must've been American.
"Yes," Carlisle said, "Table for two under C. Cullen."
"Of course Mr. Cullen," she said as she grabbed two menus. "Right this way," I didn't miss the way her friendliness toned down when he said table for two.
Carlisle squeezed my hand twice and we sat down. He sat across from me and I smiled at him. "Your waiter will be out in a moment," She said before leaving. I looked over the menu and decided on what I wanted to get before looking back at Carlisle. "Happy birthday Lucifer," He murmured and I nodded.
"Thanks," I said, "Didn't really know I had one until you booked the trip." Carlisle looked at me with confused eyes.
"Have you never celebrated your birthday?" Carlisle asked.
"Baby you've got to remember who my father is, our family isn't very... big on birthdays," I said as a waiter came and we ordered.
I rested my head on Carlisle's shoulder as we walked down the boardwalk. He wrapped an arm around my waist. The sunset was beautiful. The way pink, yellow, and purple mixed together was beautiful. Like the Cullens. They're one big, blended family. And I love them for it.
We took off our shoes and walked down the beach. Carlisle started at me with love filled eyes. I looked back and he changed his eyes to blue. "I love you Lucifer," he murmured.
"I love you too Carlisle," I murmured back as we walked towards the ocean.
He turned to me and held both of my hands. "You're an amazing woman. I wish you saw yourself the way everyone else does. I've seen every side of you. You're loyal, your protective, your loving, your kind, you might be a bitch sometimes but you make up for that. I've spent three centuries without you and I wish I met you sooner. And this," he kept down on one knee. Oh my fucking father, this is not happening. Is he proposing!? He took out a black velvet box and opened it, "Belonged to my mother. And now I think it belongs on your finger." He opened it and a rose gold ring with a diamond in the middle of it stood there. "Lucifer, my fallen angel, will you marry me?" He asked and I nodded as happy tears ran down my face.
"Yes! A million times yes!" I said and he smiled. He placed the ring on my third finger and I wrapped my arms around Carlisle's neck. I kissed him with a smile.
I heard clapping from behind us and I turned around. All of the Cullens stood behind us. Alice ran up to me and hugged me tightly.
"You guys fucking knew!" I hissed and everyone laughed.
Rosalie smiled and Katherine ran up to us. Carlisle picked her up and she smiled at me. I kissed her head as Esme walked towards us. "Congratulations," She said with a smile.
"Thank you," Carlisle said and I hugged her. She froze, I had never initiated a hug. She hugged me back after a moment. Adrain shook Carlisle's hand.
"Welcome to the Cullens Lucifer," He said as he hugged me.
"Glad to be here," I said and he smiled.
Edward smiled and took Katherine out of Carlisle's hand. "Congratulations Carlisle. It's about damn time one of us gets married," He said and Carlisle smiled softly.
"We're gonna make sure that you're gonna be the next one to get married," I said as I wrapped a hand around his shoulders. He smiled.
"Alright," He said.
"Does this mean we can call you mom?" Emmett asked and I laughed.
"Yeah I guess it does," I said and they all smiled brightly. "I love you all," I said.
"We love you too," They said at the same time. Katherine gave me a hug.
"Let me see the ring!" Alice sang as she grabbed my hand.
I laughed and Carlisle smiled. It looks like we won't be getting any more time alone.
I'm getting married to the love of my existence. I'm gonna be Mrs. Dr. Cullen. And I couldn't be happier.
