He stopped and turned his head to look at me, "Really?"
I nodded, "Why wouldn't I? You're smart, you're the kindest man I know— oh fuck Carlisle has no one ever told you that they love you?"
My mind raced with every second of silence. Why wasn't he talking? Does he not love me back? Shit. I messed up things didn't I?
He placed his hand on my hip, "Lucifer." I looked up at him, "I love you too." My face softened and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He smiled and kissed me.
"I love you so much," I murmured.
"We're going in circles baby," He murmured. I laughed and hit his shoulder.
I opened my eyes to laughing downstairs. I turned to my right and Carlisle looked confused. I smiled and grabbed his dress shirt. I got up and buttoned it up. Carlisle put an arm around my waist.
We walked down the stairs and Esme turned to me, "Thank you."
"For what?" I asked. I heard a little girls laugh and I smiled.
"Oh my you she's smiling," My brother murmured to my father.
"Thank you for keeping your word father," I said as I sat next to Edward who wrapped me into a hug.
A little girl sat on his lap. She had the same green eyes that Edward pulls off so well and long blonde hair. Her mother must've had blonde hair too. She wore a bright smile on her face as her father hugged her close to him.
"Hey Katherine," I said with a smile. She waved with a smile. Carlisle was conversing with my father in his office and Alice wore a grin.
I raised an eyebrow at her and she made a show of locking her lips closed. I rolled my eyes and looked at Edward for help. He shook his head with a smile.
"What are y'all hiding from me?" I asked.
"Don't worry about it,"Alice said as she blazed by. She was back a second later with two sets of clothes. She put them in front of Katherine and had her pick one. She picked a matching set with blue smiley faces on it.
Alice picked her up and she came back minutes later with Katherine looking like the cutest little kid you've ever seen.

"Awe," I said with a laugh. Edward held out his hands and Katherine went running into them. He hugged her close to him and kissed her head. "You've got a tiny Barbie Alice," I said and everyone laughed.
"Who knows? I might have more in the future," She said and I scoffed.
"Bi-," I laughed Katherine, "Alice, you can literally see the future."
"Good save Lucifer," Adrain said and patted my shoulder. Emmett gave me a thumbs up with a laugh and Katherine looked at me curiously.
Carlisle walked down the stairs with my father and my father bolted to the door. I raised an eyebrow and Carlisle laughed. Katherine pointed at him with a smile. "She remembers you," Edward said, "You used to give her candy."
I laughed, "That's not creepy at all." Carlisle rolled his eyes and held out his hand. I got up and took it. He pulled me up the stairs and to a part of the house that I've never seen before. He opened a door to a room and I gasped. "Carlisle," I started and he smiled, "Is this for us?"

"Esme designed it a couple weeks ago. She thought we'd want something more... adult," I laughed.
"I'm as childish as it gets baby," I murmured. He laughed and I pulled him towards the bed. Carlisle stopped me.
"Baby no," he murmured and my eyebrows raised. "I was talking to your father-"
I caught him off, "Oh no."
He rolled his eyes, "My point is, he has a plan for us and I don't want to ruin it." I rolled my eyes.
"I thought you changed," I murmured.
"Baby," Carlisle started as I walked away and I turned back with a smile, "You bitch!" He hissed and wrapped me in his arms.
"Didn't your father ever teach you not to address a woman like that?" I asked.
"Lucifer! Is that an accent I'm hearing!" Emmett asked as he bursted through the door.
"Fuck!" I hissed.
"There it is again!" He hissed and walked out of the room. I looked at Carlisle who was laughing.
"I've decided, this is my family now," I murmured. Carlisle's face lit up.
