It was now the next day and i slept for about 3 hours last night and i know Scarlett told me if i couldnt sleep i should wake her up but she needs to sleep as-well so i just left them both because i know they must be tired from the jet lag from the plane

I was already awake when Scarlett started to stir next to me and she looked up at me and i saw that familiar face of pity again and the looking of knowing "How long did you sleep Nova?" she asked me as she sat up in the bed like me and i just figured that she wouldnt stop asking if i didnt tell her "3 hours" i tell her and she takes me into her side again planting a kiss on the side of my head

"Why couldnt you sleep Nova bear?" She asked me and stayed silent not wanting to tell her about the dream i had because i dont ever want to think about it

"If you dont want to tell me Novs its okay but dont bottle it up you have to speak to someone about how you are feeling" Scarlett said stroking the baby hairs out of my face and i just sigh knowing that Scarlett is probably the person who i feel safest with to talk about how i am feeling

"I had a dream well it was more of a nightmare and i couldnt go back to sleep" i tell her muffled into her side and she stayed silent waiting for me to finish explaining "It was a child in my dream who was screaming "Why didnt you want me this is why you would have been a terrible mother just like your own" i tell her and i didnt even know i had been crying when i told her until she used the pad of her thumbs to wipe my face and she kissed my nose which made me giggle a little because it tickled

"What ever was in your nightmare Novs arent true, you werent ready to be a mother yet you are still 14, you were going to do what was best for you and you shouldn't feel guilty about that and as for what happened that wasnt your fault and you didnt deserve that one bit" Scarlett tells me as she is rubbing small circles on my stomach because i am in pain again and i hate it i wish it could all just stop

"She is 15 actually" i hear from the doorway of the room and i see Florence standing there with a box and some giftbags and i face palm myself internally knowing that Scarlett will have a go at me for not telling her it was my birthday

"When was your birthday Nova?" Scarlett asked with her eyebrows raised and i knew i was definitely not getting out of this "It was 2 weeks ago" i tell her and she playfully punches me on the shoulder

"Hey you cant punch a girl in hospital" i tell her with a smile on my face and she just sticks her tongue out at me which makes me smile a little bit

"Anyways i have got you presents Nova" Florence said rushing over to the bed and sitting on the edge with the bags and all the shuffling woke Colin up and he shot up looking around and it made us all laugh how panicked he looked when he saw all the bags on the floor

"Its alright Colin im just here to give birthday gifts because a little missy here did not tell anyone it was her birthday 2 weeks ago" Florence tells Colin and i think that makes him even more alert as he sits up a little bit more and he looks at Scarlett and nods before telling everyone he was going to go and get something to eat for all of us

"Okay open this one first when i saw it yesterday i knew i had to get it you" Florence started and i felt awkward opening presents in front of both of them as they were both just staring at me waiting for my reaction but i still did it because i didnt want to seem ungrateful if Florence went out to buy all of this stuff

I opened the first box and it was a pair of louboutins, they were a black heel with the red underneath and i looked at her in shock and i immediately went to the end of the bed and hugged her even though so much pain just shot through my body
