We leave for New York in two days for my series i am filming and i have not packed a single thing, a part of me doesnt want to go but i am really excited for this opportunity and i know mum and dad will be there with me so i wont be alone, i think it is just the nerves of meeting a new cast that are getting to me right now

I sat in bed watching tiktok when i heard my door open and i already knew it was mom as she does this sometimes so i dont bother turning around to face her, as i expected my phone was taken out of my hands and i meet the face of my mom "Up up up" she says and i was extremely confused because i wasnt told we were doing anything today, i was meeting Jack at 1 but that was it so i dont know why she was making me get ready now

"Whyy im going out at 1 i dont need to get ready yet its only 7" i whine as she pulled me up and sat me up straight before she pointed at the suitcase that is in the corner "I told you to pack your suitcase Nova we leave in 2 days and you havent even started yet" she tells me with her eyebrows raised and i know she is pissed because i told her i was nearly finished last night

"I dont know what to pack" i said sighing hoping she will drop it and let me lay back down but instead she pulls me off the bed completely and holds my hand before telling me she will help me pack, i knew i was definitely not getting out of this now so i just decided to go with it and she went into my closet

"So in New York it is going to be cold this time of year so you may only need a couple of shorts and vests for if you want to sleep in them" she tells me going through some of my clothes as i sit there, she picked some leggings up and threw them in on the floor and i was about to ask what she was doing until i realised she was picking outfits for me which i trusted her to do because she was good at doing that

"Im thinking this corduroy skirt with a white long sleeved shirt, tights and a cardigan with boots" she said holding the skirt out for me to see and i nod smiling happy she was picking the outfits because if it came to it i would probably just had packed hoodies and leggings and thats it, after she had sorted some more outfits out she moved over to the pyjamas side and picked out a couple fluffy pairs and normal ones and threw them into the pile

I stand up and get my underwear and put them in there as she looks through my shoes on what ones to bring, she got normal boots with a little high heel, my ugg boots, airforces, jordans and then decided that was enough for now so she made her way back over to me

"Obviously this wont be enough for the whole time we are there so we will go shopping and get more clothes there and all the other things you need" mom tells me as she started to fold some of the clothes into a neat pile and i tried to help but she slapped my hand away telling me i was not doing it neatly she clearly had a system so i just decided to let her do it herself as I knew she would end up rearranging everything again if I touched it

Once mom had folded all my clothes in the suitcase she stood up and grabbed a plastic bag getting the shoes and putting them in there before putting them into the suitcase, "Okay I think that's it for the clothes and the shoes but we will do the makeup tomorrow as you will want it in the morning but for now go and have a shower whilst I make breakfast and then you can get ready for going out with Jack" mom said standing up and dusting herself off, she kissed the top of my head before she left the room, I had a shower before I just put another tracksuit on as I couldn't be asked to dress up as me and Jack will probably do something causal anyways, to be honest I had no clue what we are doing today as he told me it is surprise but all I know is mom is dropping me off and picking me up again and she even gave Jack and Epipen incase I eat something I'm not supposed to by accident, mom was a little hesitant to let me out again with Jack incase I have a seizure but I haven't had any since that day
