I watched Keira, a girl who claims herself to be "darkness" settle on the sofa, her presence casting an enigmatic shadow over the room. I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease mingled with fascination.

Kai: "So, um... you're darkness?"

Keira: "In the flesh... sort of."

I scratched my head, trying to make sense of the situation. I had summoned darkness, but I hadn't quite expected it to take the form of a person, let alone a person as captivating as Keira.

Kai: "Why did you come?"

Keira smiled, a hint of mischief glinting in her eyes.

Keira: "You wished for darkness, and here I am. But maybe there's more to it than just that."

I blinked, pondering her words. Was there some deeper meaning behind my wish? Or was it just a random whim of my restless mind?

Kai: "I... I didn't really think it through."

Keira chuckled softly, the sound sending shivers down my spine.

Keira: "That's the beauty of wishes, isn't it? They have a way of surprising us."

As I stole glances at her, she caught me in the act.

"Why are you staring at me?" Keira's voice broke the silence, and I stumbled over my words in response.

"N-nothing," I stammered, feeling the weight of her gaze.

But she wasn't deterred. "You can tell me," she insisted, her words laced with an unexpected familiarity. "We'll be together quite often now. We should get to know each other."

Confusion swirled in my mind. "What?," I managed to blurt out, caught off guard by her sudden openness.

"Yes. Now ask," she encouraged, her eyes holding a secret I couldn't decipher.

"No, no," I waved her off, trying to regain my composure. "You tell me what's going on. Why are you here?"

Her sigh seemed to echo in the small space between us as she revealed the truth. "Like I said before, you wished for darkness and I'm the darkness you wished for."

I blinked in disbelief. "You?"

"Yes. Why? You want someone else?" Her question hung in the air, heavy with implication.

"No, I don't mean that," I hurried to reassure her, feeling the need to tread carefully. "Anyways. So. You're saying that you are the darkness?"

"For the last time. Yes. I am darkness.", she said getting annoyed at this point.

"Well, then what are you gonna do now?" I asked, curious despite myself.

"You have 100 days left before you die," she stated bluntly, her words sending a shiver down my spine.

I was intrigued, despite the fear gnawing at the edges of my mind. "What do you want me to do then?"

"All you have to do is seal the deal," she explained, her voice tinged with a hint of mischief.

"What deal?" I questioned, feeling a growing sense of unease.

"I'll make your 100 days painless. You won't feel any pain. I'll turn them into the best 100 days you ever had. You won't even die. But, in return, the person you love the most at that moment will die instead."

My heart plummeted at her words, the weight of her proposition settling heavily on my shoulders.

"What?!" I exclaimed, unable to comprehend the choice she was presenting me with.
