Kids are the sweetest when they are infants. They wouldn't do anything else except lying on their back and moving their little hands and legs all day.
The trouble starts as soon as they turn into a toddler. There will be a constant risk of injuring themselves due to the continuous amount of running, climbing, jumping, kicking they do.
Every freaking day.
The similar thing happens when you are dealing with a sick Aakrith. He was the sweet, angel child when he couldn't move from his bed. He listened to his brothers and behaved as well as he could.
But as soon as he feels like he is getting even a little bit better compared to the day before, the boy will eat your brains out.
"Baba, I'm bored!"
"Baba, I don't want oranges. I'm not sick anymore."
"I hate milk, I don't wanna drink that. Make me some coffee."
"Babaaa, Vatsal bhai just hit meeeee!" "I didn't."
Well Vatsal was trying to make the boy eat his medicine when Kabir was making breakfast.
"Baba, I'm boreeeeeeed. I wanna take a walk outside."
The funny thing is, as soon as Aakrith mentioned that he wanted to walk outside, he almost tripped on his own foot.
"Babaa, did you feel that Earthquake? Oh my god!"
"That wasn't the Earthquake, genius. You are feeling that because you are dizzy and still haven't fully recovered yet." Kabir points out, shaking his head at the drama. Any other person would be scared and conscious, hearing the word Earthquake from their brother.
"Babaaa, I'm reallyyyyyyyy boreeeeed."
"Baba, can I drive your car?"
"Baba, can I have my phone?"
Yes, all this happened in the early hours of morning, where Kabir had already heard 'I'm bored' for like a hundred times by now. He is beginning to hate that word. Is there any way to remove that word from the vocabulary?
He rubs his temples feeling a headache coming. At this rate, he is going to have a fever soon. Not to mention, he hardly got any sleep last night.
"Babaaa—"
Not that word again. Kabir will go insane at this point. "Aakrith, if I hear 'I'm bored' one more time from your mouth, you will be bedridden for the whole week."
"But, baba. I was gonna say that I missed you today." Aakrith gives him a cute, innocent smile and wraps his arms around Kabir. Which was a lie and Kabir knew it. Aakrith was definitely going to say that he was bored. Again!
Kabir automatically hugs him back, dropping a kiss on his forehead. Aakrith is warm, his temperature is still high. "How can you miss me? You have been following me around ever since you woke up." The boy being clingy to him is the sign that he is still sick.
"Still, I missed you." Aakrith mumbles against Kabir's shirt.
So, this was their chaotic early morning!

Aakrith is a reader. He loves reading books. They are the greatest source of knowledge and for someone who has a photographic memory, books really work in their favor.
