Tim wasn't pleased, he scoffed and crossed his arms when Lucy got the front.
"Is there a problem officer Bradford?" Grey raised his eyebrows and Tim chuckled and leaned forward.
"It's not April fools. She is not a detective she looks about 20" Tim states and Lucy raises an eyebrow and a smirk appears on her face.
"Thanks for the compliment officer...Bradford. In fact I am 30, and a high ranked detective who has transferred from phoenix, Arizona." Lucy says making full eye contact with Tim, Tim rolls his eyes and leans back in his chair. Angela smirks and taps Tim's shoulder mocking sympathy.
"Anyway. I think detective Chen has already said what's needed to be said. She's going to be partnered up with detective harper. Please make her feel welcome, officer Bradford" grey says and glares at Tim, Tim glares at him.
"Okay that's it. Everyone stay safe" grey says and everyone starts to walk out.
"Bradford I need your rookie for a minute" grey shouts and Tim nods.
Lucy smiles and walks up to Tim and Angela.
"Is someone pouting because im not their rookie?"" Lucy asks Tim raising her eyebrows, Angela laughs quietly and looks at tim.
"You better watch your mouth detective." Tim snaps back, Lucy didn't flinch she just put her hand out.
"Lucy Chen. You are?" She asks offering to have a fresh start, Tim places his hand in hers.
"Officer Bradford. We are not friends Chen" Tim grumbles shaking her hand, Lucy tightens the grip of their handshake and drags Tim down to her height.
"I don't want to be friends with you Bradford. If you dare push me I will make sure you have to guard poop or sick for hours for evidence. You push me more I'll have your badge in a wink. So behave and stop getting your panties in a twist handsome because your jealous that someone younger than you is more successful than you would ever be." she snaps in his ear and pushes him back up making him jerk back, she then smiles at Angela and walks to find Nyla.
Angela claps from the side "I like her. I really like her" she says as she watches Lucy walk with Nyla.
"Course you do. She thinks she's everything, she'll be gone in no time. She won't last, she's all bark but no bite" Tim grumbles and Angela rolls her eyes.
"Come on boot" she says to Jackson and they both walk out.
Nolan eventually comes back and Tim takes him on the streets too.
