Razaiah got dressed up nice. had her hair in a silk press and adorned in a long pencil dress that hugged her curves and helped bless the earth with the sight of her figure down to the toes. She slid into her feet, some white heels that made her feet seem so beautifully soft and delicate. It was terrifying for her, but she needed to do m tor herself. She went down the stairs that went from the eastern wing of the house to the grand foyer and throughout this walk everyone she met her siblings the helps.
and even the old Butler who never cared for conversation stopped to tell her how lovely she was. She was going for a date with herself. Dining and spend time with her self with everything that happened. Mia saw it fit for this to be the first step with her healing, even though even as her mother, she did not know what ailed her daughter. The drive to the restaurant, which was two hours away was soothing. She chose one that was far enough not to see anyone that knew, her but it was the drive she wanted most. She had time to think what it was that she wanted.
The music was loud and she laced it with her beautiful voice here and there. It was dark outside, but she wasn't scared. She was never afraid of the dark. She found tranquility in living in the moment, not knowing and not caring about what was ahead.
The weekend was too much. Too much fracas than She wanted to cause. She wouldn't bottle down the feeling of yearning to be heard. She knew it wasn't fair for Sage, who, in her opinion handled the whole ordeal so well, even though she lost it a few times, She was determined to make things right with her, but she just appreciated the distance that had been put between them in that moment.
She was tailing this bright yellow Camaro, which she admired it soon as it got into her sight. It drove
slow, but she was in no rush and she was too lazy to overtake it. Her soft singing was cut short when
The said Camaro swerved off the road and hit tree. She stopped the car trying not to panic. It all happened so fast and the first person she called was her dad who did not let it ring more than once.
" hello?" he said it was as if as he expected something, he was handling her unnecessarily delicate, and she wasn't too fond of it
*Hey, dad... the car in front of me just rammed into a tree. "She was nonchalant about it as usual this forever baffled her father.
"Are you ok?" he raised his voice, panic and terror clearly lacing it."Yes.dad. I'm fine." Her tone was lighter as she smiled. It was lovely and funny of him simultaneously.
"OK, call 911. Do not get out of your car then drive away either home or your date you deci..." he was cut off by her.
•"Oh no no no! She whispered worriedly as she stared out her window."What, Razaiah what is going on?" His yelling with muffled to her, as she watched the driver door of the Camaro open then a tall lean male staggered out.
"The driver Just got out."
"Razaiah, just dial 911 and drive home." He kept on insisting
She hung up to call and speak to a responder. It was an isolated area and she just hoped someone would come along. She was not obligated to stay after informing the authorities, but the respondent stated it would be helpful to check on them and maybe save a life.
So she got out of her car after pulling over and used her phone flashlight as she walked towards the
wreckags, She could hear the grunts of the driver that she saw get out of the car.
"excuse me, are you all right?" she asked not really close to him
" Check on her..." the boy managed to grant out just loud enough for her to hear. She changed the direction from his side to the passenger seat side. The girl was unconscious, and had a little blood on her forehead and the side of her face she opened the door and touched her shoulder to her awake as she didn't know what to do.
"Miss, miss?" she called out, rocking her slightly. The girl slightly opened her eyes and grunted out.
All this time her phone was ringing, but she was too focused on the girl to realise it. She checked the backseats and was relieved to find no one.
The girl was awake and catching on with what happened and Razaiah stayed with her trying
To talk to her to keep her awake. Once the police and the ambulance got there, she talked to them and drove on to her dinner date. She wasn't letting the good vibes of the night get ruined. Also, she helped save lives; more reason to celebrate. Qn. the.way.to. the. restaurant. She called her parents who she thought were overreacting, especially her mother Who was crying saying that letting a young teenager go out alone at night was a bad idea. She assured them was fine and she went to have a great night the best she had for a long time she took pictures of herself wanting to keep the memory alive and for the first time the whole weekend she was thinking Straight. She couldn't believe that she acted the way that she did. It was like it wasn't her, like she took a step back and watched her wounded self work. She had gotten back on track and cleared her mind. The Whole family was expecting Sage to come back from Atlanta. Sage was happy to get back. She had quite enjoyed spending time with her sister, but Razaiah and Darren had a spot in her mind and never left. She knew there was much to talk about. And many conversations were yet to come.
She got dropped off in the driveway, then walked towards the double doors of the house, wheeling her Suitcase beside her. She found the whole family sat in the living room, which was straight ahead from the grand foyer. She walked towards them slightly smirking, happy to see all her cousins and couldn't help but laugh when she locked eyes with her goofy cousin Keo. After a Session of hugging across the whole family, she sat to listen to her aunt and uncle speak.
"There will always be misunderstandings. We won't have it smooth the whole way, but you really need to be empathetic and learn the art of apologising and forgiving." Mia Started wishing that she had something more touching to say to her kids, she felt like she was lacking since the fight. All she could see was her failure
I am sorry for the way that I acted. I'm sorry I wasn't excited for you." Razaiah spoke up, looking at Sage remorse, tilling her voice and face.
" I am sorry for what I said." Sage mumbled and stood up, and pulled Razaiah into a hug.
It felt like Both could breath again.
"Finally!" One of the teens said, "Can we go out for make up dinner?" This made soft laughs fill the whole room.
