Fae's evenings were a whirlwind of activity—homework, Netflix binges, late-night snacks with friends—but no matter what she was doing, there was always one constant: Kai. If she wasn't texting him, she was sitting on a call with him, till late at night, 3 am, 4 am 6 am. With him, time passed so quickly
Their conversations ranged from silly jokes to confessions. They laughed together, they teased each other mercilessly, and they shared their hopes and fears for the future. And as the hours slipped away and the rest of the world slept, Fae found herself opening up to Kai in ways she never thought possible.
There was something comforting about the sound of his voice, the way it wrapped around her like a warm blanket, chasing away the loneliness that sometimes crept in when the rest of the world was asleep. And as they talked and laughed and shared secrets, Fae couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude wash over her. With Kai by her side, even the darkest nights seemed a little brighter, a little more bearable. And as they sat on call together, watching the sunrise paint the sky in shades of pink and gold.

On their late-night call, Kai leaned back against his pillows, a contented sigh escaping his lips. "You know, Fae, sometimes I'm glad I'm not that well-known," he mused, his voice tinged with relief.
Fae snorted, a playful grin spreading across her face. "Speak for yourself, Kai. I thought I flew under the radar, but apparently, I'm low-key famous," she replied, her tone laced with amusement.
Kai chuckled, shaking his head. "Yeah, well, people love to gossip about attractive people." he teased.
Fae's cheeks flushed pink at his words, a shy smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "Oh, stop it, you," she protested, trying to play it cool.
But Kai wasn't about to let her off the hook that easily. "No, seriously, look in the mirror," he insisted, his voice soft but firm.
Fae rolled her eyes playfully, grabbing her phone and turning on the front-facing camera. "Fine, I'm looking," she replied, feigning annoyance.
Kai's voice was gentle as he prompted her, "Now, describe what you see."
Fae hesitated for a moment, her brow furrowing in concentration. "Uh, well, I see... light hair, brown eyes..." she trailed off, her voice uncertain.
But before she could finish, Kai interrupted her, his tone filled with conviction. "Stop playing, Fae. You're attractive. Very attractive. And people notice you," he declared, his words hanging in the air between them.
Fae's heart skipped a beat at his words, a rush of warmth flooding her veins. She laughed nervously, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. "Well, uh, thanks, I guess," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.
Kai's cough echoed through the phone, "Oh, man, I choked on a cat hair," he exclaimed, his voice tinged with relief.
Fae couldn't help but chuckle at his predicament. "Surprised it's not a dick," she quipped, unable to resist the opportunity to tease him. She then burst out laughing.
But instead of laughing along with her, Kai's response was met with silence. The silence was broken with Kai's voice- deep, low, and he finally spoke. "If you dont shut the fuck up this dick is
gonna be down your throat."
Fae was beyond shocked. She was blushing, HARD. She tried playing it cool by laughing and then Kai spoke again. "I look like that type of girl."
"What type of girl?" She flirts back in a low voice.
"The one who wants to be shut up in a rough way." Kai's words left her speechless.
