When two people are in love you can see it in their eyes you can feel the love, the way they look at each other how they stare at each other their eyes full of admiration of undying love for each other their eyes are smiling, even though they didnt say a word about it there is this invisible thread connecting the two of them.

As the days passed, Fae felt like she was teetering on the edge of insanity. The uncertainty of her situation with Kai gnawed at her mind like a relentless beast, refusing to let her find peace.

She tried to distract herself with schoolwork, spending hours buried in textbooks and lecture notes. But no matter how hard she tried to focus, her thoughts always drifted back to him.

She found herself constantly checking her phone, hoping for a message from him that never seemed to come. Each time she saw his name pop up on her screen, her heart would leap with excitement, only to plummet back down when she realized it was just a notification from a social media app.

Her friends tried to lift her spirits, inviting her out and filling her days with laughter and chatter. But even their company couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled in the pit of her stomach.

At night, she would lie awake in bed, staring at the ceiling and replaying their conversations in her mind. She wondered if she had said something wrong, if she had somehow pushed him away without realizing it.

With each passing day, her anxiety grew, twisting and turning inside her until it felt like she was being consumed by it. She felt like she was losing herself, drowning in a sea of uncertainty and doubt.

But through it all, she clung to a sliver of hope, a tiny spark of optimism that refused to be extinguished. Deep down, she knew that she couldn't give up on him, no matter how much it hurt.

And so, she soldiered on, navigating the treacherous waters of her own mind, clinging to the hope that one day, things would finally fall into place.

Fae and Kai were texting that night.

As the conversation unfolded, Fae's heart raced with anticipation. She had to know where she stood with Kai, even if it meant risking the fragile balance of their relationship.

"Do you consider me a friend?" she typed, her fingers trembling slightly as she hit send. The seconds stretched into an eternity as she waited for his response, her breath caught in her throat.

Finally, the familiar chime of an incoming message broke the silence, and she eagerly opened it.

"Yes," came Kai's reply, simple yet reassuring.

But Fae wasn't satisfied just yet. She needed to know if she held a special place in his life, if their bond went beyond mere friendship.

"Close?" she typed, her heart pounding in her chest as she awaited his answer.

Again, the minutes dragged on, each second feeling like an eternity as she waited for his response.

Then, finally, his message came through, and Fae's heart skipped a beat as she read his words.

"Yes, of course," he wrote, his words sending a surge of warmth flooding through her veins.A smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she read his reply, a sense of relief washing over her. She may not have all the answers she was searching for, but knowing that she held a special place in Kai's life was enough to ease the turmoil in her heart, if only for a moment.

Kai...I can never be just friends with you, maybe because your eyes, remind me of the nights we spent together. I cant look in eyes I once saw a future together in and pretend to see nothing~ Fae thought to herself.

Ally and David's bond was one that seemed to transcend the boundaries of mere friendship. They spent countless hours together, their connection growing stronger with each passing day.

Their hangouts were filled with laughter and joy, as they indulged in their shared love for video games. Valorant was their game of choice, and they spent hours strategizing, competing, and joking around as they battled their way through the virtual world.

"Watch out for that sniper!" David would shout, his voice filled with excitement as he navigated through the game.

"Don't worry, I got your back!" Ally would reply, her fingers flying across the keyboard as she provided cover fire for her teammate.

Their conversations were filled with inside jokes and playful jabs, each comment drawing them closer together. But beneath the surface, there was something more, a connection that went beyond friendship.

As they took breaks between matches, they would chat about everything and nothing, sharing their hopes, dreams, and fears with each other.

"You know, you're pretty good at this game," David said one day, a playful smirk tugging at his lips.

Ally chuckled, her cheeks flushing slightly at the compliment. "Thanks, but you're not so bad yourself."

Their conversations flowed effortlessly, their words weaving a tapestry of shared experiences and shared emotions. And yet, there was always an underlying tension, an unspoken longing that lingered between them.

As they logged off for the night, Ally couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness at the thought of saying goodbye to David, even if only for a few hours.

"Same time tomorrow?" David asked, his voice filled with hope.

"Definitely," Ally replied, a smile playing at the corners of her lips. "I wouldn't miss it for the world."
