Harry's pov:
The paper work was all signed and Charlie was still asleep in my arms. I was going to wake him up but then he curled up further in my arms so.

I picked Charlie up and carried him out to the car with the rest of the boys. Sam brought out Charlie's bags and with the help from Liam they put all his bags in the boot of the car.

Zayn looked over at Charlie's cat carrier and asked "Is that cat his? the cat looks absolutely gorgeous" Zayn smiled at Liam.

"Yeah, this is Charlie's cat sprinkles, Sam said Charlie doesn't go anywhere without sprinkles" Liam informed us.

I got into the back of the car with Charlie, it was a bit difficult but with the help of the boys we managed.
As I settled into the backseat of the car, a mix of nervousness and anticipation churned within me.

The boys had been nothing but kind and supportive since we first met, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for their willingness to take me in during such a difficult time.

Charlie woke up as we just pulled out of the police station.

"Thanks for letting me bring Sprinkles," Charlie  said, his voice soft with gratitude as he glanced over at Zayn. "She's been my companion through everything."

Zayn smiled warmly, his eyes twinkling with kindness. "She's a beautiful cat," he replied. "And of course, you can keep her. She's part of your family."

Charlie nodded, a sense of relief washing over me. Sprinkles was more than just a pet - she was a source of comfort and companionship, especially during moments of loneliness and grief.

As we pulled out of the police station parking lot, Charlie seemed to calm down and I couldn't help but wonder if he feels a sense of belonging settling over him.

Despite the circumstances that brought us together, I felt a growing bond forming between us, a sense of camaraderie that filled me with hope for the future.

"I'm glad you're coming with us, Charlie," Niall said, turning around to smile at me from the front seat. "We're going to make sure you feel right at home."

His words were like a warm embrace, wrapping around me and easing the knots of tension that had been building within me.

With each passing mile, I felt a little more at ease, a little more hopeful for the new chapter that lay ahead.

As the car hummed along the highway, I couldn't help but steal a glance at Louis , who was sitting beside me.

There was a kindness in his eyes, a gentleness that made me feel safe and understood.

As the scenery passed by outside the window, a sense of calm settled over me, knowing that I wasn't alone in this journey.

Charlie was back asleep again and with Louis beside me was a comforting reminder that I had someone to lean on, someone who understood without needing to say a word.

Charlie was our first priority now and we needed to make sure that he knows that he's not alone and that he has us now...
