Harry's POV.

We board the plane and soon after, Eleanor falls fast asleep as she closes her eyes when we lift off the ground. All that replays in my mind is what Zayn had told me before I left to chase after Eleanor to the airport. He gripped my hand hard much like a father letting his daughter go and said "Tell her a story. Tell her the honest truth. You treat her better, make sure to see it through. Don't be just everything she wants, be everything she needs. When she says she loves you, tell her you love her, too. Give her a reason, reason to love all you do. She'll tell you secrets. You'll tell her secrets, too. She'll tell you all her hopes and dreams, You'll tell them, too. But don't you run away, run away when you get tired. 'Cause this will slip away and start a fire, that can never be put out. Oh, hurry time is running out. But don't you run away before you tell her you love her. When she says she needs you, tell her you need her, too. You tell her clearly. Speak what your heart wants you to. Tell her she's lovely, always tell her the truth."

I close my eyes and let all his words sink in. I don't want her to wake me up, I'm not sleeping. I'm not asking for any rest and as long as I'm breathing, I won't settle for second best. All the people all around us, talking to and all about us. It's the same..
It'll go away. I always ask myself 'Is she trying to be helpful? Is she sleeping in the devil's company? Possibly.' Or maybe I've just been blessed with an angel. Heavy footsteps in my boots, Will I be the one she chooses? I keep chasing hope away.. too proud to try and make a change. If I had the chance, I'd take the words right back and turn it all around. Never let her down. I don't want us to break into a beautiful mistake. All the confidence I lacked, She gave back in just two weeks. I'm waiting for the moment when we can make things right. I'm waiting for the moment to see forgiveness in her eyes.

I want to take the next step and show her the real me. Not possibly the act, or what she at least thinks is Harry Styles. I want to suprise her with who I really am. The mansions, the cars, the luxury. Not the dump that I've been living in for the past months before I've met her.

Eleanor's POV.

I shut my eyes for a while, fooling Harry into thinking that I've slept. I don't wanna be his ghost anymore, always dragging up and digging the past. From now on I only want to live for the moment. Focused on my incoming events, I never know what will happen next and my mind wonders off as I drift to sleep.
Hours after my head rests on Harry's shoulder, my neck feels swore. I'd love to move but his head rests on mine and I don't want to wake him. My body moves faster than my mind and I find myself sitting up as Harry falls over on me then wakes up. He blinks a few times and stretches his long arms.

"Are you hungry?" He asks.

"No, just want some coffee." I sigh.

"Okay." He stands up and walks towards the back in this full and dark plane.
Everyone seems to be sleeping except for a small child across my seat. His eyes are so focused on the movie playing in a small screen three seats away from Harry's seat. He has the biggest blue eyes along with swept curls that cover his forehead. I sit there admiring the small human without realizing that Harry is standing over me.

"Thank you." I take the small coffee mug away from his hand and take a sip. I watch the movie playing and sip my hot coffee a little more, ignoring Harry. He plays on his phone a little then falls asleep again.

"Hey, miss?" I hear the small child speak to me. He's American for sure.

"Yeah?" I put down my coffee.

"You are very beautiful." He looks at me wide eyed.

"Oh my gosh, thank you!" I smile.

"Is that your husband?" He points at Harry. I look back at sleeping Harry,"No, just a friend." I smile.

"You mean, your old.. But you aren't married yet?" He smiles.

"No luck!" I laugh.

"Would you wait for me until I'm your age?" He smiles.

"Well how old are you?" He looks maybe six or seven.

"I am six years old, but I know a lot." He smiles big.

"Know a lot. Huh?" I smirk.

"Sure do!" He smiles.

"What do you know?" I'm curious.

"Your friend looks like he really cares about you, when you were sleeping, he would toss and turn but when your head fell on him, he froze for a while so he wouldn't wake you.. It was very impressive. I don't think I could do that."

I make no comment and his head turns towards the TV. He once again get's lost in the movie as I say silently "that's what friends do for each other."

After I finish my cup of coffee, I decide to fall back asleep. We only have a few more hours until we land in New York, which I am all for. I want the independent life I had a week ago, I want to be able to fight with Harry and have him crawl back. I want to be able to go to university and back without anyone telling me that I'm late or early. I want to be able to wake up, take a shower, and go make myself a cup of tea while Harry mindlessly walks in to my apartment without having to knock.
