One day a beautiful girl named Aurora MIkaelson walked into a town named Mystic Falls. Aurora. She was the youngest member of the Mikaelson family, she was Rebekah's twin sister, but she was 3 minutes younger making her the youngest. Of course she was older then 99% of the population but in her family they saw her as the baby. Aurora was always annoyed that she herself is 1000 years old along with her siblings but they treated her as a teenager. (also her and Rebekah are not identical twins so Aurora is played by Madelyn Cline)

Back in Chicago 1920 her, Rebekah and one of her older brothers Klaus were on the run from there father Mikael and when she found out that Klaus had daggerd her twin once again she was very angry but she didn't say anything knowing if she did she would be in a coffin next to Rebekah as well, although her whole family now other then Klaus obviously, were stored in coffins Aurora had only been daggered once and for a very short time only about a week max because she was Klaus's favourite sibling if Klaus was mad at her which only happened a couple times because Aurora was smarter than her siblings, Klaus would just do nothing. Aurora sat in the backseat near her twin sister as she was protecting her, while she was daggerd she was vulnerable. She argued with Klaus to undagger her twin but Klaus just said "its for her own good i will wake her soon i promise little sister, and you don't need to sit back there Rebekah will be fine"

"No i'm protecting her back here and exactly how long is soon to you Nicklaus last time you kept Rebekah daggered for 50 years" Aurora spat back at her brother

Klaus stayed silent not wanting to argue with her.

Back in Present times

Aurora's sister had still not been undaggered and it was now 2010 it had been almost a century. Aurora had ran from her brother back in 1950 as he tried to dagger her for trying to undagger Rebekah, Aurora escaped her brother, though she loved him she couldn't be there with him while he carried her other siblings in coffins. Through the 20 years she had stayed with her brother she had tried multiple times to undagger all of them but Klaus kept saying it wasn't safe for them. When she left she blocked Klaus's number and got a witch to do a spell that make it impossible for tracking spells to work on her then she explored the world for about 60 years now she was back in the place she hated but she had got a call from her Best friends Damon and Stefan Salvatore they knew she was a Mikaelson but they also knew she had information about who this Klaus person was they knew very well that although Aurora had been on the outs with her brother she would never let them hurt him but for now all they needed was information Aurora had pulled up to the Salvatore mansion she went up to the door and knocked Damon answered and pulled her into a hug and invited her in.

"Hey Rora come on in" Damon said

Aurora smiled and walked past Damon and saw Stefan her and Stefan technically new each other for longer because they met in 1863 Stefan hugged her as well then they went to the living room and sat down Damon following close behind.

"So Aurora, we haven't seen you since 2005 so it might be weird we asked you here to help us"

Aurora interrupted and stated

"it's fine Damon i understand why you did right now only i am alive that knows about Klaus and who he is and what he looks like i mean maybe you could have asked Katherine but i doubt she would be truthful"

Damon was about to thank her when they heard the door opening they all went to the door and to Auroras surprise she saw Katherine standing there she immediately vamped over to Katherine and grabbed her by her neck and pushed her to the wall

"why the hell is Katherine here?!"

Damon and Stefan rushed over and told me to let her go. I shot them a confused look but I let Katherine go. Katherine was holding her neck a coughing which i thought was odd she's a 500 year old vampire and i wasn't even holding her neck that hard i looked towards Damon and Stefan and said quickly

"Explain now"

Damon quickly said "that's not Katherine Rora her name is Elena Gilbert she's human she is Katherine's doppelganger" Aurora stepped towards Elena and listened to her heartbeat and could smell her human blood. "Oh.. Sorry Elena"

Elena looked a bit scared but she said "its okay i understand a lot of people mistake me for Katherine

Later that day Damon and Stefan explain everything about how they killed the wolf mason they found out Klaus wanted Elena and how they are going to try to kill Katherine today at the masquerade party later they asked if she would help she was 100% on board with this she really did not like Katherine but she used to, Katherine and her grew close in 1492 but Katherine ran from Klaus and Klaus has been hunting her for the past 500 years but thats not why she was mad at Katherine she was mad because in 1864, she saw Katherine again while she was visiting the Salvatore's, they were human at the time but she had become close with them and there father though she hated there father.

Then Katherine came and Aurora missed her so she didn't tell her brother about her location but Katherine told a certain someone named Mikael that she was in mystic falls so the night as she slept she woke up from someone being in her room it was Mikael she gasped awake terrified of him Mikael questioned her for the location of Klaus when she didn't answer Mikeal stabbed her with the white oak stake and it barely missed her heart then Mikeal fled quickly.

She pulled out the white oak stake and got a witch to send a message to her brother it said "just thought you should know Katherine is in mystic falls but dont come yet she found Mikael and told him i was here he found and stabbed with white oak it just missed my heart, Mikael fled but he might still be somewhere near hiding." once the witch sent it i thanked her. We became close friends over the years she is the one that dose all my spells for me and i return i give her my protection. So now that there is a chance to kill Katherine she took it.

Aurora was about to leave for the masquerade ball her and the Salvatore's brothers were in the room waiting for this blond vampire named Caroline to do her part once she did Katherine walked into the room now unable to leave because of a spell blocking the door once Katherine saw Aurora her heartbeat was going up faster then she ran to get away from Klaus

"Hello Katherine" Stefan said but Katherine was to focused on Aurora she started to croak out words

"Aurora" she said terrified

"Hello Katerina thank you for the good sense to be frightened"

All of the fighting later i was about to kill her when a human came up and said

"Stop everything you're doing you're doing to Elena!" i was confused for a second and didn't release Katherine until i remembered who Elena was then i let her go, 

I scoffed, "your lucky day Katerina"

Katherine had a smug smile on her face and started speaking "ah just like old times the brother who loved me to much and the brother who didn't love me enough oh and don't forget about Aurora my best friend"

"I don't think you qualify as my best friend anymore Katerina you nearly got me killed" Aurora stated Katherine starting speaking

"Oh little Rory i didn't want you dead but i didn't want you to tell Klaus were i was i heard he came there a week later to get you and by that time i faked my death lucky me"

I rolled my eyes then i spoke "I wasn't planning on telling my brother about your wear about's because i missed you i only told him after you nearly killed me" then someone named Lucy came in and told Katherine the barrier is down but then when Katherine tried to get the moonstone the which said

"you should've told me another witch was involved she's a Bennett Witch Katherine" When Katherine took the moonstone she started chocking and passed out then Stefan looked worried  "but Elena-" the witch said

Elena's fine i'm sorry for the part i played in this" then she left

Once we all left the party and Damon left to take Katherine to the tomb Aurora and Elena walked together to Elena's car as Aurora promised the Salvatore's that she would look out for Elena. Anyway as they were walking someone snapped Aurora's neck Elena gasped and then she was knocked out.

This is my first chapter of this story i hope you guys like it i am a new writer and i'm not that old so please don't mind if there is some grammar mistakes but i will try to edit through everything again.
