The five

Ash drove down to the Mikaelson mansion the drive was silent but not awkward. "Ash you don't have to go to this dinner"

"Uh i think i do, your brother did just threaten to tear out my heart" I looked out the windows, at the big green trees that were swaying in the wind the flowers around the tree base and continuing throughout the entire grassland. "he didn't mean it" Ash glanced my way with a sceptical look on his face. 

"Are you trying to convince me, or yourself?" I looked at him now tearing my gaze away from the window. "Myself." 

We soon pulled up in the driveway. I silently contemplated my entire existence. Opening the door and stepping out of the car my boots clinking on the concrete. I started walking to the house getting a bad feeling about this dinner. Not only for Ash but for Rebekah, Klaus and her had a big disagreement, he just wants information about the five.

I felt Ash's hand softly grab my shoulder to stop me then he walked in front of me holding onto my chip gently. "Everything will be fine baby, stop worrying so much." He placed a gentle kiss on my lips when i pulled away i stared at him with a smile on on my face and nodded.

"Okay"

I glanced over his shoulder and saw Rebekah getting out of her car, she saw what had happened. She already met Ash before, so i wasn't as worried about her reaction only Klaus's.

"Okay lets just go and get this dinner of with" I caught up with Rebekah linking arms with her as we walked into the Mikaelson mansion. Ash was walking with Stefan the two had actually gotten close without me knowing. Damon too. Ash told me about him and Damon being drinking buddies and Ash had actually sat there and listened to Stefan talk for a couple hours. Stefan opened up to him talking about his ripper side and the blood control he clearly lacks. 

Ash told me he began to start a friendship with them because he knew they meant a lot to me.

I pushed the door open and i walked into the mansion with Rebekah at my side we haven't said anything to each other today, but there was a slight understanding we both felt off about this dinner. 

Klaus appeared in front of me and Rebekah. "Sisters you've arrived just in time." He was being a bit to nice. He didn't acknowledge either of the two boys behind us. Rebekah looked at a chained up Conner. 

"How do you know he's one of the five, wheres his bloody tattoo?" 

"Well the tattoo isn't visible on this lot like it was the last. Right lets eat." Klaus led both me and Rebekah to the dinner table believe it or not we always used to stick to the seating arrangement we had when we were kids.Even when we were all on the run from Mikael. When we were kids we had a biog oak table i would be sitting on mothers left Rebekah on her right as she sat at the head of the table. Klaus and Elijah next to me and Kol and Finn next to Bekah. With our father sitting at the other end of the table between the two eldest siblings. I don't know why that memory randomly popped up into her head. Nor did i know why we always followed that seating plan obviously not now but still. 

I  rather sit next to Ash but i was getting led to the seat next to Klaus and Rebekah on my left. So i accepted it and sat down. "I could kiss the council for getting rid of the vervain in town it has made my life a lot easier." Klaus mentioned as a girl dressed in a golden shirt and a black skirt topped off his drink. 

"Nick they are not for your amusement"  I lightly scolded my brother, i don't know how he had people in his house working for him for simply topping up his drink. The waiters brought around the food everyone else began to eat i didn't touch my plate and Rebekah glared at Klaus the entire time. Ash was hesitant but i gave him a slight nod telling him its not poisoned but he didn't look certain. After a minute of watching Stefan's reaction to the food he began eating it. 

Klaus was eyeing him, silently judging him once i law i kicked his leg under the table which made him snap his head away for the brunette boy and look at me with a small smirk on his face.

"Blondie's eat your veggies" I narrowed my eyes at the comment and then gestured to Rebekah. 

"I'm not eating until you apologise." Rebekah said with a fiery look in her eyes as she was still glaring at Nick.

"For which indiscretion there have been so many." Klaus mocks with a smile on his face looking at everyone on the table. 

"You broke my neck" "You threw away Elena's blood, so i can't make any more hybrids."
"because you took Dove and i for granted, the only reason she wasn't angry with you was because she was practically dead." I don't remember telling Ash about that. His eyes widened. I sent him a look again telling him not now. Later. 

"let me just name the million other people i'd rather be having dinner with right now, Rory i understand why you ran away if i had to have dinner with your family every day i would run to" Klaus rolled his eyes eating a piece of stake. 

"Alright fine, Rebekah. I'm sorry i often forget how delicate you are. Forgive me?" I made eye contact with Stefan who was trying not to laugh and it made me try not to laugh.

"I'll take it under consideration" 

"Now why don't you tell me about Rebekah's hunter" i sighed knowing where this conversation was going to go and not enjoying it.   

"Right Alexander, Nice lad if you are forgetting the obvious issues, he was looking for creatures of the night, which is why we felt quite safe around him wearing our daylight rings. They had a weapon that no vampire could survive." I 

"So this is all about a weapon?" Stefan asked with a hint of annoyance you could tell he just wanted to get this over with and that he didn't care about any of this.

"Not just any weapon" Rebekah and i said at the same time. Ash glanced between the two of us with a small smile.

"Sisters, don't get ahead of the story." 

"How is a weapon the answer to all mu prayers" I sighed drinking a sip of wine. 

"Stefan its not the weapon its were the weapon leads to, in order to find this weapon you have to have one of the five and solve the mystery that lies in the tattoo."

"Which is?" 

"A map. Which is stupid nick because fat lot of good a tattoo's gonna do if we can't see it" 

"Well we can't but someone else can, tell the hybrid to bring him in love. You see the hunter was so eager to get to the bottom of his mystery tattoos that he mentioned that there was only one other person who can see them" One of the hybrids were heard bringing someone in. I turned in my seat to see who it was when the Hybrid brought Jeremy in, i was surprised. I never had a great relationship with him. Only because we had never really spoken but he means a lot to Bonnie and I wasn't going to let her loose him due to my brother.

Stefan quickly jumped and vamp sped out of his seat to get to Jeremy Klaus bet him to it and stopped him. Ash who has been like a big brother to Jeremy since he got here went to stand up but i grabbed his hand. "Don't" He paused sitting back down in his seat not wanting Klaus to rip his heart out. 

"Lucky for us young Jeremy here is a bit of an artist" I got out of my chair but didn't vamp to Jeremy like the others. 

"I'm not helping you with anything" the hybrid snatched Jeremy's ring off his finger and threw it over to Klaus who caught it.

"Oh i'm afraid you are."
