Chapter 8 - Send it your way!

Nickels' pov :

Ehhh.. why does my back hurt so much..? I get up from my to stretch it out a bit, I rub my eyes as I look around the room, balloons bed was already made, he must've gotten up early.. wait.. WAIT.. Didn't I get my own room last night!? What about the whole fight with Balloon?

I wasn't sure what was happening or if I was aware of my surroundings at that point, but it somewhat felt good being here, in the same place it's always used to be like.. why did that have to change..?

Wait, why do I still feel bad if I'm here again? Suddenly I heard a sudden click from the washroom door, I didn't have time to react, I stood frozen as if I couldn't move my legs.

Out came a salmon coloured hair balloon, I looked into his eyes deeply as he noticed mine. Why was this feeling still not going away?

"Hey Nickel! Uhh Something wrong?"
He questioned me.

Ok, now this is confusing,  I thought he hated me! I blink a few times before answering.

"Uh, can I go to the bathroom?"

"Go right ahead!"

I entered the bathroom in confusion, 
Ok, now this is weird. What is happening? Didn't we fight yesterday..?  WAIT.. MAYBE IT WAS A DREAM!
I took out a sigh of relief as I realised Balloon didn't actually hate me! It was just a dream, god, I got worked up over nothing.

I look at myself in the mirror, weirdly enough, my face looks kinda weird, ehhh it's nothing, I'm just glad all the stress about balloon hating me wasn't real.. I washed my face before heading outside to see where Balloon was.

"Nickel!"
Balloon called out my name as he walked towards me. He was a bit too close, but maybe that isn't a huge problem.

"Huh-oh hey Balloon..HUH-."

I suddenly feel someone's fingers on my chin as they push my head upwards, I look up, startled to see balloon, I started shaking while my face heated up badly, my heart was pouding as I felt my heart breaking out of my chest, he looked back at me smiling which made me loosen up my breath from how close he was.

"Awhh, is someone getting flustered?"

My eyes widened as they quickly went back to normal. How did he know!?
I looked away, but balloon pulled my face back up to his.

"I-I-uh.. w-what!? I'm n-not flustered at all!"

I try to give him a smile, but it appears to be wobbly as I feel his breath touching mine, the urge to pull him in and kiss him, I was getting too desperate.

"Hehe! You're cute when you act like this."

Balloon takes his hand off my chin and lightly squeezes my cheek on my face. His soft hands pressing against my cheek made me burst in the inside, I'm turning into a hot mess. I need to hide these feelings. Just let go of me already!

"Anyways! They made cupcakes downstairs. Let's go try some!"

He said as he gently let go of my cheek, i just nodded instead of replying since I knew my voice was shaking, I was blushing like crazy as I felt my stomach get butterflies

He grabs my hand and drags me downstairs,  I try to hide my face by looking away. We headed towards the kitchen, which was weirdly empty. Come to think of it, everyone strangely disappeared?
Maybe it's not that big of a deal.

"Nickel, look!"

I look ahead and see the cupcakes. Why is this fatass getting so excited over cupcakes, but he's a cute fatass so it's okay-WAIT NO STOP.

I notice that he took a cupcake and brings it closer to my face, wh-what is he doing?

Balloon suddenly grabbed my waist to bring me closer to the cupcake, I could feel his grip tightening, I wanted to die right then and there, I was boiling as my lungs basically needed a grasp of air.

"Have a bite!"

He says as he brings the cupcake towards my mouth, I take a bite, leaving a bit of frosting below my lower lip.

Balloon noticed this and chuckled. Suddenly, he bringed me in closer towards him as he was still holding on to my waist. He put the cupcake aside as he brought his hands towards my chin again.

"Looks like Cutie missed a spot."

My heart darted suddenly, CUTIE!? He did NOT just call me that, i was kicking my feet on the inside but still tried to make it seem like I didn't care.

"I-Im not cute.! Just s-stop it!"
That was embarrassing of you, Nickel.
He smiled warmly before pulling me closer to his face, I felt my eyes shutting, but my eye still peeped open.

"So you're hot then? You're burning up right now."

OHMYGOD WHAT

Calm down, Nickel, just breathe. How can I make it seem like I'm not burning up.

"I-I-uh!"

I squealed silently as balloon pulled my face closer to his and booped my nose with his.

Before I knew it, he looked down and licked the frosting below my bottom lip- WAIT WHAT, UH I UH UH WHAT HUH UH UH OH GOD HOW DO I REACT!?!?!??!?

He looked at me before gently but slowly clasping my lips with his, I'm a blushing mess as I feel like im gonna die, I would be lying if I said this didn't feel amazing, I mean I've been waiting for this BUT HOW THE FUCK DO I REACT, IM ENTERNALLY PANICKING, MY HEART IS BEATING FASTER THEN ANYTHING IN THIS WHOLE WIDE WORLD, IM SCREAMING AND DYING AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Suddenly, the kiss ended since Balloon needed to catch his breath. Without a thought, I looked at him and cupped his face as I tried to kis-

*KNOCK* *KNOCK*

"Nickel, I know you're in there, Oj told me you switched rooms! Please come out, let's talk!"

I heard Baseballs voice as I realised.
This was nothing but merely a dream.
