Aoi was packing everything she had in boxes and placing her clothes inside some of them while using her quirk to put all other things inside as well. She kept looking around and felt somewhat empty. It was weird for her to move away from home. She made sure to take a really special lockbox she made and hid it under all of her clothes.
"Aoi?" Said her grandmother from outside her room while knocking.
Aoi froze. She was still feeling too much conflict against her, even more after finding out her father was supposedly alive and she had a brother, yet she couldn't say anything more. She swallowed some saliva and looked at the door.
"Come in.."
"Aoi dear... do you... really want to move out? You know we can transfer you to another hero academy allowed by your program so you can stay home" Her grandmother suggested.
"For what? So you can monitor me every second? Thinking that I will go crazy? So that I can be kept in the dark all my life about things that I should know?" Aoi asked.
"Please don't give me that attitude... I just want to protect you" She replied
"Protect me? From what? You know what... no, I don't want to fight, I have things to get ready. Ever since Grandpa is at the hospital you've been like this... this is not protecting, you are over protecting me from living... I am almost done so"
"Please forgive me... Aoi..." she said with saddened eyes "I... I will let you continue" she said before walking away from the room
Aoi felt how a tear was accumulating in one of her eyes and quickly wiped it away.
"I don't have time for this..." Aoi said to herself yet she felt her heart aching.
She grabbed everything and took all the boxes outside to load them on a truck that came from UA to transport all of her things to the school grounds.
"Are you ready?" Asked a robot that was driving the truck
Aoi looked back and noticed her grandmother on the entrance door looking at her with her hand on her chest.
"Yeah... I am ready to go" Aoi said before getting on the truck and leaving.
She looked at her grandmother through one of the mirrors and now that she was truly alone she felt like crying for acting that way, but now she had other things to worry about. Maybe one day she would be able to go back and fix her relationship with her grandmother, once she had finished learning the truth herself.
She arrived at UA grounds while the truck left on its own and felt how someone jumped on her back.
"Aoi!" Aikou said while hugging her
Aoi smiled and looked at her "Hey! Did you bring your stuff?" she asked
"Yup!" Aikou replied "What about you? Did your grandma said anything?"
"N-no, everything is fine actually, she was just... worried about me not being able to tend to the store anymore" Aoi replied
"Well she still has like another 300 employees so I doubt it will really make a difference if you are not there" Aikou replied with a smile
They all started to encounter their fellow classmates and were directed to their new dorms" Heights Alliance. Aizawa exited the building and approached the students.
"I will say that for now I am glad that we were able to get the whole class to be part of this program" Aizawa started explaining
"Its great that we all could be here!" Sero exclaimed
"I had so many issues" Hagakure complained
"Yeah likewise" Jiro added
"My parents spent all night telling me that I should change schools" Niji complained
