Today I'm taking Anthony to the doctor so he can get his shots....
I put him on his orange polo shirt , his khaki cargos , and his new orange and white Jordan's....
I let his hair stay curly...
I picked him up , my phone , and his diaper bag....
I went down the stairs....
I grabbed him soft gerber snacks that melt in his mouth , and him a juice....I stuck that in his diaper bag....
I grabbed me a water out the fridge and put it in his diaper bag....
Then I grabbed the keys off the table...
Asia , niyla come on ! I yelled
They both came downstairs.....
I opened the door and we went out of it....
I locked the door and then we went to the car.....
I buckled Anthony up , then I went around to the drivers side....
Y'all girls and boys ready....I said
Yep....they both said putting on their seatbelts
Alright....I said putting my seatbelt on first , then cranking the car up....I sat my phone in the cup holder and then fixed my mirror.......
I bagged out of the driveway....
Niyla turned the radio up and we all started singing along to the worst by jhene aiko....
Y'all ain't bring y'all no snacks cause we might be in heaa fa a while....I said
No ma'am....they said
Do y'all want some from the store....I asked them
Yes ma'am .....they both said
I pulled over to Valero....
I pulled out my stack of money out of the glove department.....
I gave them $20 a piece....
Make it quick ....I said
Ok.....they said
(5 minutes later they came out with their snacks)
I started the car back up and we made our way to the hospital ....
(Doctor)
As soon as we sat down they called Anthony .....
Y'all coming to the back....I asked Asia and niyla...
No ma'am....they said
Ok....I said
I got up with Anthony in my arms just smiling ....
We followed the doctor to a room down the hall.....
Hello ma'am how are you....the lady doctor said to me
Hi , and I'm doing fine....I said
That's great ....she said
Hey there Anthony , I'm the lady that's going to be giving you your shot ....she said leaning down
Anthony just looked at her....
Ill be right back .......she said leaving out of the room
Ooo baby you finna get your shots...you betta be a big boy ....I said
He smiled...
(10 minutes later)
The doctor came in the room with a rolly thing and the needle....
