"how do you feel about the fever having the first pick?" Holly Rowe asks me.
"I feel good," I answer. "I don't know who will be chosen, but based off of the predictions I think that Paige would make a great asset to the team. she's a phenomenal player all around. she has the same sort of mindset as I do. she is quite competitive and knows what she's doing. her defense is amazing as well. her arms are long and she has a great vertical. she knows how to anticipate when a girl is going to shoot, and when to block it."
"are you close with miss Bueckers?" Holly asks.
"quite," I laugh. "my sister is marrying her so I've become pretty comfortable with the fact. she's basically my sister. I love her and would love to play with her again. we first became friends when playing for team USA and have remained close ever since."
"thank you," holly says.
