Will this be the day? (NaruHina)

Chapter 14

After finishing the surgery on Naruto, Tsunada finally appears in the meeting.

"Sasuke, stand," she ordered as all the kages gazed at me. Their hateful eyes glared, as Tsunada spoke. "You're a rouge ninja, and not only that but you have tried to destroy the Leaf village before. Now you've tried to kill naruto, the only asset this village has. Many elders I've spoken with have told me send you on death row. But seeing as Naruto would hate me for such an action, I'll allow him to deal with you. He has even proposed that we give you a new arm as well."

"Do you really see me as the type to accept an offer like that? Naruto is to soft, he wouldn't punish me." Sasuke had a hint of sadness in his eyes. "But I know Naruro is the only one who knows how to handle me in situations like these..." I look up and I give a little smile. "When naruto is better allow me to speak with him and he will decide my fate."

All the kages had objected to Tsunada's course of actions, but he was one of her village's ninja, therefore it was her decision alone to make. All the kages left, except for the Raikage.

"Sasuke, if you dare step door in my village, or cause a commotion with the other lands, I will not hesitate to kill you." With that being said, the raikage walked away, anger steaming out of his ears.

Days pass until I was released from the hospital. Hinata stayed by my side the entire time, as if she truly had been my nurse. In a way, she was a better nurse than sakura. I laugh to my self at that thought.

"Hinata," as we walk out the hospital I hold her hand and we walk side by side. "Wanna get some ramen?" I have such a happy expression that my face begins to glow. Its been close to a week since my last bowl and I don't think I hand handle a second more without a few bowls.

She couldn't help but hide her face within the sleeves of her jacket, but slowly moves them away giving such a bright smile. "Y-yes!" She pulls me into the direction of the shop and I couldn't help but almost be dragged along, though I was the one who invited her.

Entering the ramen shop I see someone with dark hair. I'm stuck, frozen in place. "Sa-sasuke?!" He looks at me with his cold eyes, and doesn't respond. "I thought they put you in jail..." I suddenly become confused and Hinata helps me calm down, by softly gripping my hand.

"You are to decide my fate, that is what the kage have decided." Those words came to a shock to me, almost as if they were a lie.

"Your punishment would be to.." I ponder on what his consequence would be, but nothing severe could happen since I could never wish something upon my best friend.. "Your punishment would be to become part of team 7 once again, and not only that you must assist anyone who demands of it. Basically, you'll have to walk along the same path as I do" I smile and sit down, ordering 6 bowls of ramen.

Hinata a bit surprised, not by the my consequence but by how bowls I have ordered, "Na-naruto... Are you going to eat those all by yourself?..."

A bit confused I answer her with a sly face, "Nooo," I extend the "no" for a bit to long, "we are sharing those" I laugh a bit to myself, "but I know you only eat one."

She blushes a bit and ultimately we forgot sasuke was beside us.

-few years have passed-

Everything seemed to be getting better. Sasuke had finally been able to become part of the village once again, and Hinata and I had already began to talk about marriage. In these past few years, Sasuke had finally opened himself up to sakura letting her long awaited dream come true. Her first and only love had finally became hers. This was not the end, but only beginning of something that will begin to bloom for us.

Sorry that its been so long since my last update /.\ please I hope you enjoyed. Don't worry next chapter will be better for that I know this one wasn't my best.
