My day turned out really eventful. Valentina was violent and hysterical. I had to pin her down and put her to sleep. I felt guilty because it was my fault she got to this mental level. I should have never thought of leaving after she was dominated by two women for the first time.

I stayed with her waiting with Angelina until it was 6pm then she got an important call. Her daughter who was in boarding school hit another child really hard so she was suspended.

"It's okay, go get your little girl" I waved her off.

"This is happening because one of us was not there when she woke up. I don't want Valentina to think I abandoned her" Angelina stressed.

"I need to talk to her before we talk together so when she wakes up I will tell her I was the one who sent you away"

"But..."

"Angelina, go" I commanded leaving no room for arguments.

"Okay but I will be back"

"How about you go to my house with your daughter? She can have some company with Delia"  I suggested.

"That's a good idea. I was already worried about calling some baby sitters." Angelina lowered herself to my level so we could be face to face. Then I kissed her hard letting out our frustrations.

"Get along with Delia" I rasped out.

"Oh I forgot I was meeting that little mean child" Angelina huffed walking out.

How can she call Delia a child when they behave the same way?. I just sat by the bed thinking about taking Valentina to the lab. They needed to run a few tests so I could put her on medication.

Even though Valentina had a better mindset, it didn't magically treat her illness. I had an idea what was wrong with her but I was not about to give a patient the wrong medication because of a hint. They were quite lot of questions to be asked.

About 35 hours later, Valentina finally stirred up. The first thing she did was try to find someone close. It broke my heart to realize my baby was scared of being alone.

"Hey princess" I decided to say something before she starts overthinking herself into another panic attack.

"Hi" She smiled lazily looking at me.

"I didn't know I was your life support. One day without me and you can't breath " I smirked cockily.

"How long have you been waiting?" Valentina smirked back.

"A couple of hours" I grabbed her hand and aligned our palms together.

"Then I guess age is catching up with you" she slurred choking on a laugh.

"Shut up" I groaned trying to sit comfortably but my back made a cracking noise.

"Ptttt" she giggled at the look on my face. I sighed at her childishness.

"Are you done making fun of me?" I asked.

"I'm sorry, I know time is precious for people your umm age. Every (laugh) minute (still laughing) counts"

I groaned at the way she was teasing my age. I was not that old, this little brat was asking for trouble but I loved hearing her carefree laugh.

"Okay I'm done" she sat up but made sure her hand never left mine.

There was silence for a while then she looked at me with worry.

"Are you okay now?" Valentina asked sadly.

"What do you mean?"

"I asked you to leave because I knew you needed to get away. I could tell you were not okay" The young girl played with my hand in her lap.
