"Too busy with Myles to visit her brother huh? The nerve." (F/n) complains slumping on the table. (N) rolls his eyes while petting Shiro. "I'm sure she'll come around soon." Right on cue, a knock on the door followed by Ava's voice gains the male's attention. The door opens and Ava smiles. "I knew I'd find you here!" (N) points at himself as the ravenette turns to her brother. "Sorry (F/n). I need to talk to (N) alone."

"And here I was thinking you wanted to see me. Ugh fine!" (F/n) leaves the room while dramatically slamming the door. "What's up Ava? Did you need something?" The girl grins and sits on the floor. "Mmm. Not me. You!" (N) places Shiro down and crosses his legs. "I don't think I need anything?" Ava sighs with a disappointed face. "You and Myles have been dating for months yet you two still act like kindergartens with a crush!"

'What the hell does a middle schooler know about love?' "Ava what-" "What's something you would change about Myles?" Shiro meows and (N) glances at the cat and then at Ava. "Well. Myles tends to be hard on himself so I would want him to have more confidence." "I see. Ha! I'm a genius!" "What?" A soft knock on the door causes Ava to jump up and answer it. "Wow, Myles it's you! You look awfully cute today right (N)?"

(N) blushes softly and agrees as Ava grins. "Well! I'm leaving now! Later!" The girl runs off and (N) watches Myles shift in place with a blush. "(N) can we...can we hang out?" "Uh yea. Of course."

(N) and Myles hold hands while walking together. 'He looks adorable in this outfit. Wh- is that lipgloss?' Myles blushes as he notices (N) staring at him. He quickly clears his throat and stops walking. "We're here." (N) looks at the shop and chuckles. "Why are we at the bakery?" "Shh!" The taller male watches as his boyfriend leads the two of them inside the shop. "Good afternoon!" "Welco- oh, it's you." Ash sits up in her chair behind the register as (N) turns to Myles.

"Why did you greet Ash like that?" "Because I'm a customer today. I'm here to buy something!" Ash chuckles and stands up. "Go ahead and take what you like." Myles pouts as his aunt approaches him. "No! I'll pay just like every customer!" "Okay sheesh kid. But fair warning. Watch out for the bombs." "What bombs?" Ash looks at (N) for help but the teen just shrugs. "Don't act like you don't know punk! I'm talking about these!" The bleach-haired woman dramatically grabs a tray of strange-looking sweets.

"Ash darling. I. I put my love into those sweets." Everyone turns to see Clara tearing up. "Clara I-" "My sweets aren't deadly weapons!" The black woman screams running out of the bakery as her wife chases after her. (N) sighs and turns to Myles to see him holding a cupcake. The black male looks at him shyly. "(N). Can you pay for this?" "I guess." "Thank you!"

Myles sits on a bench eating his cupcake as (N) watches him. "Is it good?" "Yes! Umm." Myles blushes and turns to his boyfriend. "Do you want some?" "No thanks." "Oh." (N) sweats at the male's dejected face. "I mean. I guess a bite wouldn't hurt." Myles scoots closer to (N) and closes his eyes. (N)'s eyes widen as Myles puffs out his lips. 'What the hell?' (N) stares at his boyfriend blankly.

Myles opens his eyes and looks away. "You were...supposed to kiss me." The male shudders under the intense stare. "(N) stop staring like that. Say something. Mmm I'm gonna cry." (N) turns his head to see Ava hiding behind a tree. "You can come out Ava! I know this was your idea!" "Oops! I'll be leaving now!" The girl runs off causing (N) to sigh. "You're really silly you know that." "I'm sorry! I know I shouldn't have agreed but Ava said we were going to slow."

The black male's face reddens as (N) moves in closer. "S-Since I'm older I thought I should...take the lead." (N) gently cups his boyfriend's face. "Myles. This is our relationship. We have all the time in the world. We'll go at our own pace. Okay?" "Okay." Myles closes his eyes as (N) gently kisses him. (N) pulls back and tugs the male to stand. "Let's head back." Myles smiles with a red face. "Okay!"

A train zooms by a field of sunflowers as a little boy with (h/c) hair stares out the window. He turns to his father who grins at him. After exiting the train the boy and his father walk through the field of sunflowers. "(N) watch out!" The teen looks up in time to catch a speeding ball. (N), Myles and Clara sat on a blanket. Myles stares at (N) as he throws the ball to a kid. "Sorry. I spaced out for a second." Ash scoffs and ready her bat. "Stay alert or you can kiss that pretty boy smile goodbye!"

"You ready old woman?" The boy asks while gripping the baseball. "I was born ready!" Ash grins as Clara cheers for her. "Watch this Clara! This home run is for you!" The woman hits the ball and it goes flying into the air. Clara and Myles cheer causing the woman to grin at them. Her grin falls as she notices (N) staring at the ground.

"We're playing baseball!" (N) chews his breakfast and glances at Ash. "Who's we?" "Don't play with me punk! A big game is coming up and I need you to put together a winning team!" "Why me?" Ash crosses her arms. "I saw how good you and your drama friends did at the festival. I need some hardworking players for this game. Plus you're dating my nephew. You owe me!" (N) sighs and glances at Myles who was talking to Clara. "I'll see what I can do."

"Thank you for joining the team Sapp," Myles says as the blue-haired girl shakes her head. "Slow down. I'll only join if Chelsea joins." (F/n) kicks a rock with his foot and hums. "My landlord? Why?" "She used to be student council president when she went to school. She was able to unite the whole school. I really look up to her." (F/n) nods with a smile. "Leave it to me. I'm her favorite resident." (N) looks up and stops walking. "Hey. Isn't that Takashi Gray?"

The group looks up to see a man working on a power line a few blocks down. (F/n) gasps and slaps (N)'s arm. "It is! I still can't believe he quit singing." "I think it's nice that he settled down and got married." "Me too." Sapphire agrees with Myles as (F/n) cups his mouth and yells. "TAKASHI GRAY! COME PLAY BASEBALL WITH US!" (N) raises an eyebrow at his friend. "What are you doing?" "Trying to get a player. He was all about helping the community when he was a pop star."

"(F/n) right. It wouldn't hurt to ask him." "See?! Myles gets it. Alright, everybody. All together." The students call out Takashi's name repeatedly until he climbs down. The students walk over to the man's work van. "What do you kids want?" "We were wondering if you could play baseball with us this Sunday." The man looks at (F/n) and then the other teens. "Sorry kids. I work on Sundays." Takashi turns around and digs into his van.

"Takashi wait. My friend (F/n)'s not from around here. After graduation he's going back home. He wants to have one final memory with you. The guy he looks up to. Can't you give him that?" (F/n) and Myles sniffle with teary eyes. "You're so good to me man." "I had no idea you idolized him (F/n)." (N) sweatdrops at the two as Takashi hums. "I see. I'll see if I can clear my schedule."

Chelsea opens her door and (F/n) jumps in the woman's face. "Let's play baseball!" "No." (N) pulls his friend back as Sapphire steps up. "Chelsea wait." "Oh, Sapphire. Are you here about the student council?" "No, actually I'm here because I want to play baseball with you. I really look up to you!" The woman sighs softly and smiles. "Alright. I'm in."

"You put together a good team." (N) smiles at Myles as they walk home. "Yea. All I need to do is ask Ava." "Oh I know. Why don't we ask your dad to come watch? I'm sure he'll be proud and...I'd liked to properly meet him." (N) stops walking causing Myles to bump into him. "(N)?" "Maybe next time. Okay?" The teen walks away without Myles causing the male to run after him.
