Monday morning arrived, casting a gentle glow across the bedroom as sunlight seeped through the beige linen curtains. Taehyung's eyes reluctantly fluttered open, the rays nudging him out of sleep. With a sigh, he pushed himself to wakefulness and headed to the bathroom to freshen up.

Dressed in a crisp light blue shirt paired with ivory slacks, Taehyung meticulously tamed his hair into place and the subtle scent of his perfume lingered in the air.

He prepared a simple breakfast, cleaned the kitchen, and carefully returned each item to its designated place. His movements were deliberate and focused. Glancing at the clock, he realized he was running late. Hastily finishing his meal, Taehyung grabbed his belongings and headed to the elevator, determined to start the day despite the rush.

As Taehyung entered the parking lot, the morning sun glinted off his car's bonnet, revealing a speck of dust that had settled there overnight. He paused for a moment, his attention drawn to this tiny imperfection amidst the otherwise pristine surface of his car. Retrieving a kerchief from his pocket, he carefully wiped away the dust, his movements reflecting a sense of care and precision.

Settling into the driver's seat, Taehyung's mind buzzed with the thoughts and plans for the day ahead. Despite the rush, he maintained a focused composure as he initiated the familiar sequence of starting the engine and securing his seatbelt. Every action, from adjusting the mirrors to checking the fuel gauge, was executed with a practiced efficiency that spoke of his disciplined routine.

Carefully yet with a hint of urgency, he guided the car along the familiar paths of the parking area toward the exit. Just as he neared the gate, something familiar caught his eye.

There she was again, the girl from yesterday and the bar, standing beside a blue sedan. Gradually easing off the accelerator, he slowed his car to a crawl as he passed her. A quick glance in the rear-view mirror gave him another fleeting look at her before he refocused on the road ahead.

However, he found himself taking a second, longer glance, his eyes lingering on her features. Noticing the burgundy tint in her ponytailed hair and her simple floral dress, he couldn't help but observe her for a moment longer than intended.

The car exited through the gate, and the sight disappeared from view. Shaking off his distraction, he redirected his thoughts to the day's agenda, feeling a bit unsettled by his uncharacteristic behaviour.

It was unlike him to gawk like that. Pushing the encounter aside, he concentrated on the road ahead and drove off, leaving the moment behind him.

As the workday ended, Taehyung navigated through the hectic traffic back to his apartment building. As he parked his car and made his way home, his mind was still buzzing with the day's chaos.

However, a familiar sight caught his attention in the parking lot, a navy blue car that seemed to belong to someone he had seen earlier the day. The owner, though, was nowhere to be found.

Shaking off the curiosity he continued walking. Upon reaching his bedroom he changed into his gym attire, a comfortable black sweatshirt and tracks, and headed to the gym located in the adjacent building.

The rhythmic clinking of weights, the sound of his breathing, and the burn of muscles, as he pushed himself in his workout, brought a sense of satisfaction, a counterbalance to the stress of his job.

After the workout, sweat trickling down his temples and his hair damp, Taehyung jogged back to his apartment complex. The sun had set, casting a warm glow over the building as lights flickered to life on each floor. Exhausted yet rejuvenated, he stepped into the elevator, ready to retreat to the comfort of his home.
