Summerslam Champ

Kathrine's POV

Today was going to be a good day and I knew it! It was Summerslam! WWE's 2nd biggest Premium Live Event! The Judgment Day had 2 matches planned. First, it was Finn vs Seth for the World Heavyweight Championship! Then it was me vs Becky, Nattie, and Raquel in a fatal four-way for the new Women's Intercontinental Championship! I was nervous but also excited. This year we were in Detroit, Michigan. Since WWE is playing into the Racecar stuff this year, I figured I should join in!

My gear was purple booty shorts with checkered board print around the top, a purple long-sleeved semi zip-up crop top with a checkered board print going down the sides of my arms, and of course my wrestling boots! When the rest of The Judgment Day saw my gear, they were gushing over me! They knew I liked playing into themes with PLE's so my gear wasn't much of a surprise.

Finn had his match before mine. All of us went to gorilla to watch his match and wait for mine. Finn lost sadly but we'll get the World Heavyweight title over to The Judgment Day one day! I had a couple of minutes to prep myself before I went out. My partners also made sure I was ready! First Nattie went out, Raquel, Becky, and finally me.

I did my entrance into the ring while the others were forced to watch. Once I was finished, Samantha named all of us off individually in the order we entered. The bell finally rang signalling that the match had officially started. We stared each other down until the focus was on me. I was the biggest target in this match.

I wisely rolled out of the ring to avoid early damage. The 3 of them looked at me outside of the ring until Nattie turned her attention to Raquel. Becky rolled out of the ring as well and started attacking me. Becky and I went back and forth outside of the ring until I threw her onto the steps and rolled her back into the ring. I climbed up the turnbuckles and did a moonsault leg drop onto Becky!

After some more fighting, I went to do a drop kick to Nattie from the top rope but she stopped me in my tracks. She went to go do a superplex but I was fending her off. Becky then joined Nattie in her attempts but I wasn't moving. Then Raquel grabbed Becky and Nattie and threw them into a powerbomb. They took me with them which resulted in me getting superplexed.

The match felt like it was going on forever. Everyone was getting tired but none of us were going down without a fight! Raquel ended up putting me through one of the announce tables. I sat in pain for a few minutes as I watched what was unfolding in the ring. Nattie and Becky were going at it back and forth. Nattie put Becky into a sharpshooter. It looked like she was about to win when Raquel slid into the ring and kicked Nattie straight in the face.

I knew I only had a few seconds to strategize a plan. My body did what my brain told it to do and took them out one by one! I started with Raquel. I did a few moves that I hadn't done before, which caught her by surprise. I overpowered her and threw her out of the ring. I did the same to Nattie and threw her out. It was just Becky and I. We went back and forth. Becky went to do the manhandle slam but I reversed it into my finisher.

I quickly climbed onto Becky to pin her. I was so exhausted I didn't realize that I won! I heard my music blasting throughout the arena along with cheers from the fans in attendance. I sat up on my knees and smiled. Then to my left, I saw the ref grab the title and and hand it over to me! I still couldn't believe it. I won! I carefully grabbed the title from the ref and stood up.

The ref grabbed my left wrist and raised it while I held up the title in my other hand. Before I could celebrate in the ring, Raquel slid back in to attack me but I rolled out towards the ramp before she could. I was trash-talking Raquel when I felt 4 sets of arms pull me into a tight hug! After my partners and I shared a group hug, I stood at the end of the ramp and held up my title! Pyro went off like crazy which made all of us get more hyped!

We made our way down the ramp. I was getting congratulations from fans as we walked by! When I got back into gorilla, Triple H was waiting for us. He congratulated me and we hugged. I thanked him and we took the "new champion" photo he always posts.

The rest of The Judgment Day and I walked back to our dressing room. I couldn't contain my excitement! As soon as I got into the room, I ran straight for the mirror and posed with my new title! I was the new and first-ever Women's Intercontinental Champion! Rhea, Finn, Dom, and Damian watched me with smiles on their faces! I turned around to look at them.

"We're so happy for you Mariposa!" Damian said as he pulled me into a side hug. "Now we're champions together!" Rhea stated as she held up her title. We title high fived to that. Finn grabbed his phone from his pocket and clicked on the camera. We took a selfie together and celebrated my big win! Before I changed out of my gear, I went over to the WWE photographer area and took some new pics with my new title! Of course, Rhea and I took some together along with some solo ones with the boys and a couple of group ones!

I got so many congratulations from everyone backstage! I was champion again! But this time was able to celebrate and have a historic run with 4 amazing people by my side! Not just as my tag partners but as my real-life partners. I know when we get back to our hotel suite tonight, that's when the real celebration will take place! 

A/N: Kathrine is champion! This chapter would've been posted sooner but this week was so busy for me. I'll hopefully crank out a chapter or 2 before the end of the month but we'll see how that goes. Side note, I'm also excited for the King and Queen of the Ring PLE tomorrow! I'm hoping Lyra gets the Queen's crown! Anywho, as always, I hope you enjoyed and I'll talk to y'all in chapter 25!!!!
