Before Everything

My name is Kathrine Victoria. Before signing with WWE in 2018, I was a successful actress/singer/songwriter/dancer! The one thing I've always wanted to do with my life was be a professional wrestler. Yes, I love acting, singing, songwriting, and dancing but WWE was always the goal.

So long story short, I got the part I auditioned for, the show got extremely popular practically overnight, I skyrocketed to fame, starred in other TV shows and movies, started releasing my music, got even more popular from that, went on tour at 17, and then finally found myself in a ring training to become what I've truly wanted!

As soon as WWE got wind that I was training to hopefully join the company, they reached out immediately! Like Triple H actually called my cell phone wanting to talk! I was at the training facility in Florida showing what I've got and prove that I would make a great addition to the roster!

As I was walking back to the locker room to pack up my stuff for the day, I turned the corner and completely slammed into someone with us both falling to our asses. As I looked over at the other person on the floor with me, I saw the short blonde hair and all-black workout clothes. I knew who she was! She's Rhea Ripley! I remember seeing her at the Mae Young Classics! She's hella good at what she does!

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" I say getting up and offering to help her up. "It's no problem! I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." She says in her Aussie accent. "Wait I know you! You're Kathrine Victoria! I absolutely love your work!" she said in an excited tone. "Thanks! You're Rhea Ripley, right? The NXT UK Women's Champion?" "Yeah, that's me! I can't believe you know who I am!" "Please, I've been a WWE fan my entire life and I love watching all the new people come in, and may I say your work in the ring is incredible!" "Thanks! I try".

We continued talking the rest of the time we both were there. We exchanged phone numbers so we could continue talking. Rhea and I became best friends hella quickly. As she was still down in NXT UK, I was up on the main roster having multiple stories with The Shield on their comeback run. Being a part of The Shield taught me how to be a part of a team.

Not only was I a member of The Shield, but I also had solo stories of my own. I won the Raw and Smackdown Women's titles holding each at different times. 2018 to early 2021 was insane! Dealing with the pandemic was the hardest.

The best thing that ended up happening in 2021 was Rhea moving up the main roster! When she moved up, so did her friend Damian Preist! I met him when he was still down in NXT when I was coming to watch Rhea and a few other people I had become friends with. WWE kinda gave me leniency when came to a lot since I was already rich and famous before signing with them. Now that she was with me on Raw, I was over the moon happy!

In early July of 2021, I had a bunch of acting gigs coming up that I couldn't back out of and music stuff that I also couldn't randomly abandon. So I decided that after Summerslam that year, I would take a break from WWE not only to focus on acting and music but also to think about what I want to accomplish next in WWE.

One thing I promised myself and Rhea when I was leaving is that I wouldn't miss Monday Night Raw, Friday Night Smackdown, or any PLEs. I wanted to stay up to date with everything going on even though I was on a break.

Fast forward to earlyish 2022. The Judgement Day had just formed with Rhea, Damian, and Edge! I remember being in total shock over Rhea and her newish look. She somehow became even more badass. I texted her the night she joined letting her know that!

She and I stayed in touch while I was gone. As I continued to watch the story of The Judgment Day unfold, I kept having this annoying thought of going back. Barely gone a year and I already miss it.

I watched as Finn Balor, who I also knew, join the faction, and the three turned on Edge. Then watching everything with TJD and Edge with Rey and his son Dominik, who I also knew. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw Dominik kick Edge in the nuts and clothesline his father. Like I know the difference between fiction and reality when it comes to this stuff but damn they all sold that well!

I watched every week as the four dominated Monday nights! I watched into Survivor Series until I finally stepped back into a ring myself. As soon I got back into the groove of things, I knew I had to make a comeback on the upcoming Royal Rumble! As soon as I was done training, I called Triple H and informed him that I wanted to come back! He was over the moon happy to hear my news and agreed to let me come back at the Rumble!
