The clothes Scar has now? Yeah, those are the clothes of Jellie's deceased owner! That's why she comes to Scar(at first!)
She is a mutated cat because of past human experiments on her ancestors!
The mutations make her larger, more intelligent, deadlier, and fluffier!!!
She will play a more important role in the future! (As of my current plan)

Cub killed Jellie's old owner! That's how he gave Scar the clothes, Jellie's owner was eaten in a combined effort of the Vexes in the Woodland Mansion
Jellie can't speak, so a lot of this will go unsaid, but I also just wanted to do this-
