I was only able to sleep for about an hour before my pillow started to move. Being half-asleep still, I punched it, hoping to still the movements.

"Ow, darlin'."

"Stop moving," I grumbled, burying my face into his chest. Oops, not a pillow, it was Eijirou I had fallen asleep on.

I heard him softly chuckle at my request. "No can do, sweetheart. We pushed practice back an hour, but I gotta get to the garage."

A loud groan forced its way past my lips as I dragged myself into a seated position. "You're leaving me for practice," I whined, blinking my tired eyes open to squint at him.

He wore his teasing smile as he reached out and tucked a loose curl behind my ear. "You're more than welcome to come with."

"Fine," I sighed, pulling myself from bed and throwing my abandoned hoodie back on. I looked across the room and found Hitoshi on his bed, but no sign of my blond boyfriend. "Where's Katsuki?" I asked with a small frown.

"Already headed over," Eijirou explained, standing to his full height beside me. He grabbed my chin and forced me to look up at him, connecting our lips in a soft and slow kiss. "That's from him," he said with a content smile after pulling away.

The moment was ruined and I pushed him away from me with a pout. "He can kiss me himself if he didn't leave without saying goodbye."

He shook his head playfully at my childish complaint. "You coming with?" The question was directed at Hitoshi, who looked like he was trying to get his chemistry homework done.

"No," he answered without looking up. "My mom's being scary again."

I giggled quietly at him. Himari was a force to be reckoned with when she was upset. I guess he hadn't gotten all of his assignments in. Oh shit, that's my fault, isn't it? I had been a mess for nearly two weeks, right after his own episode. Fuck, he was falling behind in a class he'd already failed once because of me. God, I really was the worst boyfriend ever.

Eijirou didn't seem to notice my sudden shift in mood, grabbing my hand and pulling me toward the window with a small laugh at Hitoshi's expense. "See ya after then," he called over his shoulder.

"I'm the reason he hasn't been doing his homework," I mumbled once we were in the safety of Katsuki's room. Eijirou's protective presence always had a way of making confessions tumble from my mouth without a second thought.

"No, darlin'," he said quickly, pulling us to a halt by the bedroom door. "Shinsou is the reason he hasn't been doing homework. Kats and I have been getting shit done the past two weeks," he pointed out, instantly unhappy with me blaming myself.

"What if he doesn't graduate on time because he's too busy worrying about me?" I asked, my eyes widening a fraction at the thought. I could not be the reason he became a super senior, no way in hell.

Eijirou's hand rested on top of my head, forcing it to tip back so I could look him in the eyes. He wore the same expression he always wore when he had to scold me for my thoughts, stern and unwavering. "He's gonna graduate, Iz. He's working on his assignments right now, so don't worry your pretty, little head about it, okay?"

"But-"

"Izuku," he shut me down, his voice a blade that cut right through my argument. His hand went from resting in my hair to holding it in a strong grip, just enough to reset my brain. Great, he figured out I'm a masochist and is using it to his advantage, I thought to myself with an imaginary eye roll. "He'll be fine, you need to stop worrying about it. Focusing on you instead of his homework was his choice that you wouldn't have been able to change even if you tried. It's not fair to beat yourself up over it."
