"How do you feel Lisa?" Mark nudged the dark-haired girl in the ribs.

Her head spun around, while she was tightening her arm around her love at the same time: "Why are you asking that?"

"Well one more night and you're a married girl," Mark joked.

"I can hardly wait," Lisa replied. Jennie on her side glanced up and smiled.

It was the fifth of January and the whole LA gang had been flying to New York the day before. And now all the young people were strolling through Central Park. It was still white everywhere.

Even Georgie and Gavin had joined them leaving little-Daniel, who had been released from the hospital just two days ago in the care of his grand-mother and Janice who were fussing over him all the time. The moment Jennie had seen her mother with Lisa's little nephew the look in her eyes was clearly telling that she could hardly wait to be a grand-mother.

Sighing and turning his attention back at his girlfriend, Mark shook his head: "That girl is a hopeless romantic."

"Yeah, obviously," Kimberley commented. There was tone in her voice her boyfriend had never heard before.

"What's the matter honey?"

"Nothing," she shook her head angrily. "Just. A bit more romance wouldn't harm you."

"Hey, I'm the most romantic boyfriend you can imagine," Mark said a little bit hurt.

"Oh please," Yaya exclaimed smiling at her husband. "When we were dating the peaks of his romantic feelings were kissing me in closets." Suddenly a wicked grin spread over her face and she added: "But when I think about it, it wasn't really that bad. At least it was easy to switch off the lights and pretend I was kissing someone else."

"Hey," Mark cried, while the others were all laughing. Then he looked at Nadech and back at the former cheerleader: "It's not that your taste has really improved my May-Queen."

Yaya raised one eyebrow and with a look cool as ice she said: "Coming from the very bottom almost everything would've been an improvement."

That shut her ex-boyfriend up. He looked at Kimberley who tried to stifle a grin. At that moment Mark wished a hole would open somewhere and swallow him right now.

"So you guys are all living in LA?", Georgie changed the subject.

"Yep," Jisoo replied and gave her a smile. "Bred, raised and still living there." She sighed: "Does that give the impression of a bore?"

"If," Lisa's sister said, "then I'm a bore too. Bred, raised and still living in New York. Even my husband is from here. And with my catholic background. I better go hide in a hole," she joked.

Jennie laughed: "Oh please stay with us. Because for once little-Daniel wouldn't like his mother underground and then we pretty much like you."

Georgie gave her soon-to-be sister-in-law a warm smile: "Thanks. I'm so curious about your dress for tomorrow."

"She won't give me a hint," Lisa complained.

"I didn't see your clothes either," Jennie teased.

"Ha,ha, there isn't much of a secret about a tux. It's plain and simple."

"That's the key word," Jennie grinned. "Secret. You know the meaning of it, Lisa, don't you? That means you mustn't know it - yet."

"Well, all I can say is that you're going to lose it," Yaya commented.

"Better not," Georgie laughed. "Not in front of a huge crowd of people in a church.

"Oh god," Jennie paled slightly. "How many guests are coming."
