"The veil protecting Auroravale may not be enough to protect our people when the war starts, we don't know where it would take place but we still need to ensure the safety of our people," nasa council chambers na naman ako at nagpupulong na naman kasama ang mga opisyal ng siyudad ko.
"I trust that Lord Oswold and Lord Horatio will stay here when the war starts to ensure the safety of everyone," pinadalhan ng tingin ni Leon ang dalawang pinuno. "And My Lady Adelaide will be in the palace with Magnus," he looked at her with a serious face.
"But, Leon, I want to fight too," reklamo ni Adelaide. "You can't just let me stay in the comfort of the palace," dagdag niya pa.
Tiningnan ko rin ang kapatid ko. "She is right Leon, if you want, you can bring her with you to the battlefield," suhestiyon ko.
Leon sighed. "We can do that," he said defeated.
"Other ethereal beings will be here in Auroravale too in case enemies show up again. I have already called for them and they will be here any day now," I played with my bottom lip.
"I have already called our allies, the king of Elidoria said that his armies are ready any time now, Princess Veronica will be here today to represent their family," tumingin ako kay Leon sa sinabi niya. "However, I haven't received a reply from Arsamanedon's queen..."
"It's okay, I will ask Lord Romer and Lord Percival to go back to their city today to talk with their queen," sagot ko sa kanya. "How about the wolves, Leon? Nakausap mo na ba ang Alpha nila?"
"Sebastian will be here today..." tumingin siya sa bintana. "Oh... he's almost here..."
"Sebastian?" ulit ko sa pangalan ng kaibigan kong lobo. "He's the Alpha now?"
Sumilay ang ngiti ni Leon. "Oo, siya na ang Alpha ngayon..."
That little pup from before became an Alpha now?
"May alam ka na ba kung sino ang kalaban natin?" napalingon ako kay Oswold nang magtanong siya.
"Hmm, I already have it in mind, I just don't know their leader."
Hindi ko pwedeng sabihin na ang bayan na pinamumunuan ni Percival ang nasa isip ko dahil baka mag init ang paningin nila sa kaniya. I don't want that to happen.
He is not our enemy.
I stood up "That's it for now, I want you guys to welcome our allies," sabi ko sa kanila.
Paglabas ko ay hinahanap ko kaagad si Lord Romer at Percival. After minutes of trying to find them, nakita ko sila sa courtyard, they were with Blair and Magnus.
"Do not worry, Magnus, your flames are still in your soul," Percival tapped Magnus's shoulder.
"See? I told you, your powers are still inside you," Blair comforted him.
Naglakad ako palapit sa kanila kaya agad silang lumingon sa gawi ko at yumuko. "Worried, Magnus?"
"Okay lang, sabi ni Percival babalik rin daw," he smiled.
I turned to look at Percival and Lord Romer. "May I speak to you guys?"
"Of course, Your Majesty, what is it?" tanong ni Lord Romer sa akin.
Agad kong sinabi nila ang hindi pag tugon ng kanilang reyna sa sulat na ipinadala ni Leon sa Arsamanedon. "I worry that there must be something going on," nag aalala kong saad. "Maari ba kayong bumalik sa siyudad ninyo upang sabihin sa iyong Reyna ang plano ko?"
