Taehyung stormed out of the building, anger propelling his steps. Even though the abandoned building wasn't far away, he decided to take the car to bring her back quickly. In no time, he reached the vicinity and parked a little distance away, careful not to alert Y/N to his presence.
As Taehyung approached the building, his anger began to transform into worry. The place was even more desolate up close, with beer bottles and cigarette butts littering the ground. The building's condition was appalling-broken glass, fallen concrete bricks, and a general air of neglect and danger.
Seeing this, Taehyung's concern for Y/N's well-being grew. He pushed open the broken door, which groaned in protest, struggling against the junk piled behind it.
Inside the decrepit building, the only light came from the pale shafts of sunlight filtering through the broken windows. The air was thick with dust, carrying the stale scent of abandonment. Taehyung carefully navigated his way through the debris, his footsteps crunching on shattered glass and fallen bricks.
As he ventured deeper, he saw a faint figure huddled in one corner of a dimly lit room. His heart pounded with a mix of anger and relief when he recognized Y/N. She was sitting against the wall, eating snacks carelessly, seemingly oblivious to the danger surrounding her.
Taehyung's anger flared again, but it was now tempered by an overwhelming sense of relief at finding her unharmed. He stepped into the room, his shoes crunching loudly on the littered floor. The sudden noise startled Y/N, and she looked up, eyes widening in shock as she saw Taehyung standing there, his expression a mixture of anger and worry.
"Y/N," he said sternly, his voice echoing in the silence. "What on earth do you think you're doing here?"
Y/N froze, dropping her snacks as her face paled. She scrambled to her feet, panic setting in. "Sir... I-I was just..."
"You were just what? Hun!?" he growled, his gaze falling on the small wooden stick nearby. He picked it up, taking a menacing step closer, causing Y/N to instinctively retreat.
"Who gave you permission to come here?" he continued, his tone laced with exasperation. "You think you can just wander off to some abandoned building, munching on snacks like you're on a picnic?" Taehyung's voice rose, his frustration evident as he gestured around at the dilapidated surroundings.
Y/N's voice trembled as she stammered out an apology. "Sorry... sorry, sir," she muttered, darting around in a futile attempt to evade Taehyung's reproach.
"What sorry? " Taehyung's voice thundered, his frustration palpable. "Do you have any sense of responsibility? Do you understand the danger you put yourself in?" His words were sharp, laced with concern and anger, as he tried to reason with her.
"You could've been hurt, or worse!" His voice growled like thunder, the intensity of his tone sending shivers down Y/N's spine as she shrank back amidst the scattered debris.
"Y/N, come here right now!" he commanded, his tone brooking no argument. Despite her trembling, Y/N hesitated, eyeing the stick in Taehyung's hand warily, as if fearing its potential use. Taehyung struggled to contain his simmering anger, the tension thick in the air as he grappled with his emotions.
Taehyung moved closer, his words firm, his tone commanding. "Let's go back to school first," he urged, struggling to control his rising anger. But Y/N, gathering her courage amidst the tears forming in her eyes, shook her head defiantly.
"No, I don't want to," she responded, her voice trembling with fear. Without another word, she dashed out of the room, ignoring Taehyung's command.
"Stop right there!" Taehyung's voice cut through the air, commanding and forceful. But Y/N, gripped by fear, couldn't bring herself to halt. She knew Taehyung would definitely punish her and, on top of that, she was determined to avoid returning to school at any cost. She was fully aware that Taehyung would drag her to the medical checkup if he caught her.
