Bottling up emotions
Can never be good
Always avoiding them like the plague
Until it's too late
They come out in a torrent
A tempest overpowering
The basic of functions
Forcing the tears from my eye
A multitude of emotions hit me like a truck
Rendering me frozen, motionless
Waiting for it to end
I'm thrown off a ship into a sea
A sea drowning me in sorrow
The thunder and lightening heightening the anxiety
The wind and current dragging me away,
Filling me with worry
The darkening sky and the midnight blue sea
On the verge of obsidian black
The terror spikes
The unknown and not knowing
Of what's to come
Paralyzed with the tempest
Needing to let the storm pass
Soon enough it will all be over
Just got to wait it out
And let the tempest take its course
There's no way to stop it
