"Ready to get back to work Delilah?" David asks. We are in the office again, where he has set out more paperwork for me to do. I groan in frustration at this, I want to be back with Amar and Eric in the training room.

"I want you to go through this and put it in the computer, these are old files that haven't been put together yet. I expect you to get this done soon."

"Like how soon?" I ask. "And how do you want me to go about doing this?"

He sighs in exasperation. "Just... soon, okay? And I left instructions in the computer to put them in, so just follow that."

"Okay. Thank you sir." I say. When he leaves the room I rush over to the computer and get to work, putting files from paper to computer.

"Why can't someone else do this? Why didn't they get it all done before this?" I mutter, looking at one of the files.

"Chicago's plan. I wonder what that is." I leaf through the file, and realize that it is more of the original file that brought chicago and the factions to life. There is a section on Amanda RItter, even though that wasn't the name that she went by in the factions.

"Interesting." I put it in the computer, and leaf through some of the other ones. They are mostly boring, so I just continue on with my work.

As I putting the last paper in the computer, the familiar knock comes through and David pops his head in. "We doing okay?"

"Yes, just putting this last paper in and... done!" I exit out of the machine and look expectantly at him.

"Good, that's very good Delilah, I can't belive that you are so good at this." He walks out and looks back at me. "Come follow me."

I jump up and follow him to wherever he is going. It takes him a few minutes before he fills me in on his plans.

"I want you to be in one of my meetings, don't worry, nothing bad will happen. It is just a meeting."

"With who?" I ask. "What is this meeting about?"

"Oh nothing much, just some ways to improve the city and the bureau. You will like it, don't worry."

He leads me into an office with other people of the bureau sitting at a large table. He motions me to take a seat beside him, and we start.

"Hello all members. I'm so glad that you are here to join us. This is Delilah, my new assistant. She will be going with me to these meetings, so I hope that you will be nice to her, as she is still getting used to life here in the bureau."

"Hello Delilah," they all say and it freaks me out that they are all in unison.

"Let's get started then. Where are we at with the plan to erase Chicago?"

"We are all good to go sir," someone says. He sits across from me and gives me a subtle nod.

"What do you mean 'plans to erase Chicago?' What does that mean?"

"Oh it means starting over in Chicago, since my first plan did not work. Someone got in my way and I wasn't able to execute it."

"So you're still going through with it then?" Someone else asks.

"Of course, of course. I want Chicago back the way it was. The factions were a hit and now the civil unrest is getting—" He motions with his hands. "Too out of hand."

"Okay then sir." I sink back into my seat where I try to retain the information that was said to me.

"As for the bureau, where are we at with the children that was brought in last time with the fringe?"
