9. Death of Me

There's a soft warm ocean breeze blowing through the screen on a glass double door that's opened to the morning air. It dancing across white sheets that are messy from the previous nights activities tickling fair skin and making a groggy greenett slowly come to life.

Green eyes flutter open to the sound of seagulls and waves crashing in the distance. He smiles, his face still smashed into a soft pillow that carries the scent of a blonde lifeguard.

His feet stretch out but as they do the sharp ache in his lower back and hips reminds him that that blonde lifeguard worked him over so hard last night that he's pretty sure his spine isn't lined up correctly this morning. Not that he's complaining, because he's not, not at all and not in the least.

He turns slowly in bed trying not to aggravate the aching in his joints thinking he'd see that lifeguard next to him no doubt still passed out from last night's workout, but the bed is empty causing a frown of disappointment.

Izuku slowly pulls himself upright, as every muscle aches beneath the skin. He should be annoyed by the over zealous Katsuki Bakugo who just had to show off that he was good at yet one more thing but he isn't especially since he practically begged that blonde for a round three almost shamelessly. He blushes at the thought as he carefully makes his way to the bathroom.

After a quick freshen up he pulls on the tshirt and shorts Katsuki gave him last night after they both showered and went to bed. As he heads for the door it swings open to reveal a wide awake shirtless blonde who meets green eyes with a grin.

" You're up. I was just coming to check on you."

Izuku smiles warmly as he feels Katsuki wrap him in a hug.

" I am. I was coming to find you. I didn't think you'd be out of bed yet, we were up pretty late.", he says with a yawn against the blonde's chest.

Katsuki chuckles with a smirk.

" Late? Pretty sure the damn sun was coming up when we finally passed the fuck out, which is fine by me and I'll even give you a repeat performance tonight if you want right after I get home from work."

Green eyes that were closed as he listened to the humming of Katsuki's voice against his bare chest suddenly snap open as a smile he had fades while he quickly raises his head to meet the blonde's surprised gaze.

The blonde furrows his brows.

" What's the matter?"

" You.. you have to work today?? But I mean you hardly got any sleep last night and ..."

" And what?", the blonde questions as he moves a messy green lock away from deep green eyes.

Those eyes looks suddenly bashful.

" And ... well.. we just got together and um.. well.. did what we did last night and now you have to go?"

Theres a pout forming on those fair features and now Katsuki feels kinda like he just unknowingly kicked a puppy when he said he had to work making him frown.

" Deku, I'm sorry, it's not like I wanna just take off cause believe me I don't. We're short staffed or I'd call the fuck out but I can't. But I'll tell you what, I'll do my best to get out early today ok? So don't give me that face with the pouty eyes and stuff.", he smirks at the end leaning down for a kiss.

Izuku smirks back playfully turning his head away.

" What if I refuse to give you a kiss till you come back."

Katsuki lifts a brow at the sass. But grins never to be undone as he quickly grabs both Izuku's wrist in one large hand pinning them behind his back while he places his fingers under the greenett's chin turning his face back towards him.
