Lena's POV

What Stef had revealed to me a few nights ago, didn't change anything about the way I see her. Or maybe it did, it made me even more admirative of her because it had to take a great dose of courage to do what she had done. I don't see her as a monster at all. Everything she does she does it for her children and I can only be in awe in front of that.

I meant it when I said that would have kill that Mike with my bare hand. She had a lot of self-control at that moment, self-control that I wouldn't have had because it would have been too much. I wouldn't have waited to get is fucking soul out of his body.

I could tell it took her a lot to tell me all this, and I've notice she has been a bit quieter since. She seems tired, and I think it's more an emotional thing and then a physical thing. So today I decided to do a little something for her since it's my day off, and that's it's sunny outside. It's still a little cold, but I am going to prepare a little something for her in the yard since she can't go far.

"Lady! You are coming with me. You need some air and a change of environment for more than five poor minutes. Today, you, me and Mariana, oh, and Jude. We are going to spend the day outside." I state as she looks at me like I've lost my mind, but that's the cutest look she can have on her face.

"Lena, it's literally freezing outside. Come on." She complains as usual because I know how damn frustrated she is with this bed rest situation.

"I know that, but we won't freeze because, I did something!" I say excited, going through her wardrobe to grab her warmest coat.

"Mommy, mommy look at me!" Mariana says running into Stef room since I told her to put everything she could on her so that she wouldn't get cold. Now she looks like a little ball that we could definitely make roll on itself. Maybe she took what I said a bit too at heart.

"Oh Goodness, Lena what did you do?" Stef says to me for she knows this is my doing and I smile at her with my best silly smile.

"Lena put a bed for us outside in the grass mommy, and we are going to watch a movie all of us together! Outside!" Mariana spills though I told her not to, so that Stef would have the surprise.

"How in the hell did you put a bed outside by yourself?" Stef asks me with a disapproving look now.

"I just pull it out of the garage. It was an old bed, you saw it last time. I dragged it outside, we will have our coats on, a big cover, and even a mini heater so that we are sure not to get cold. I have a strong video projector and all the things that goes with it. There will be snacks and drinks and sun, which by the way will be good for you. Come on, it will be fun Stef. Mariana, tell your mother it will be fun." I say, so very excited about this.

"Mommy, it's going to be fun!" Mariana exclaims with her cute little voice which was a much-needed help because Stef seems to be reluctant at the idea.

I think staying in here all day doing nothing but watch TV and read, she got a little bit depressed. Even with us here, we can't be with her all day, and I guess she's more bored than she ever had been.

"Stef, please..."

"Mommy please..." Mariana and I say, giving Stef our best poppy eyes.

"Okay, okay. Give me the damn coat." Stef mumbles as Mariana and I do a high five, making Stef roll her eyes in the air like nothing else, but I still liked it.

I made sure to hold Stef's arm the whole time to go outside like I do for every one of her little walks outside because I want to make sure nothing happens to her.
