It's been a couple of weeks since the mall trip with Adam, and Otis has been thriving.

He doesn't understand it, but when he's around Adam he just feels this overwhelming sense of comfort. He feels like he can be himself around him and not be judged.

Adam is always so friendly, and he is always making an effort to talk to him. He stops by his locker everyday and asks to eat lunch with him.

It's honestly the small things that makes it so special. Otis is just so grateful to have someone has good as Adam in his life right now.

Their friendship was like nothing else, it all just started with Otis getting coffee every week to this. He was so happy to have Adam words can't describe.

Is it weird to thing this highly of a friend? Was Otis being creepy? Either way Adam has literally been an angel sent from the heavens for Otis, and he's beyond grateful.

Anyway, that leads them to now. The boys were both on Otis's bed watching a movie, it was some comedy that nether of them had seen.

Well they probably still haven't seen it, as they both haven't been paying attention to the movie whatsoever. They were far too busy messing around.

Adam started it with a simple poke to Otis's hip, but Otis had to get Adam back so he then poked his hip.

That's basically what's been going on for the last few minutes, they both kept poking each other, back and forth all over the place as it got slightly more aggressive each time. It was quite humorous from an outsider perspective.

"Ouch! That fucking hurt!" Otis yelped out.

"Oh, come on, i didn't do it that hard." Adam replied with a cocky smile. "Yes you fucking did!" He shouted.

"Don't be so dramatic." Adam said playfully rolling his eyes at the others childish behavior.

The other sat up hurriedly and gasped, placing his hand over his chest dramatically in a defensive manner. "How could you say that!" He exclaimed.

"You deserved it." Adam declared, giving Otis a shove making him fall over. Otis not expecting it let out another yelp of surprise as he tumbled over on the other.

He fell into his chest with a laugh. "Okay, now that was actually mean." Otis accused. "No it wasn't! You get offended so easily." Adam joked back.

Otis shoved him back hard in retaliation causing the blonde haired boy to fall into the ground with a bang.

He sat there for a moment in surprise "What the hell was that for?" Adam whined out once he got his bearings back looking over at Otis.

all he got in response was. "You started, don't get mad at me." Otis laughed at Adams karma. "Well I'm going to finish it." He climbed back on the bed, crawling over to Otis before plopping himself over the smaller male.  "Get crushed bitch!" He shrieked in retaliation.

"Wait!" Otis begged, but it was too late. "Fuck, get off of me." He tried willingly out from under Adam but with no success. "Say you're sorry and I might consider it."

"I would never." Otis said still trying to escape his death trap. "We'll then, enjoy being stuck under me." Adam declared. He wrapped his arms Around Otis's torso keeping him locked in place even more.

"Let me go weirdo." Otis demanded.

he heard the door squeaking open, and before he had anytime to escape it was already too late. He's eyes widened when he seen his mom enter his room.

As she made eye contact with her son she froze, seeing the boy looking at her with a wide eyed expression with the other boy on top of him with his arms wrapped around his chest.

Otis flushed in embarrassment of the position he was currently in.

Adam realizing the it, immediately released the boy under him and flung himself to the side. "Oh, hi mom." Otis said awkwardly, not knowing what to say.

She stared for a moment, but that seemed to snap her out of her thoughts as a smile replaced the confusion expression. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything, but I brought you boys a charcuterie board for lunch." She said happily. Otis now just noticing the tray in her arms.

"Thank you so much." Adam said joyfully. "Oh, no worries my dear!" She replied happy that he liked it. She walked over next to the bed and put it on the side table carefully. "I'll just leave it right here. I hope you like cheese and crackers." She said. "I'd like anything you'd give me." Adam responded politely.

"Oh, good. You boys better eat up." She said. With that she took her leave, closing the door behind her.

When she did that, Otis just sat back down resting his head on the pillow and sighed. "That was embarrassing."

Adam laughed at his complaint, moving over to the tray with all the different assortments of cheese, crackers, and meats carefully grabbing a cracker and loading it up before shoving it in his mouth.

Otis just smiled at his friend's reaction to the food. "Dude, your mom is literally the best." He said with his mouth still full as he chewed. "It's so kind of her to make us lunch." He added on once he swallowed.

Otis smiled at that, he was very grateful for his mom. She always did the most to make sure he was happy, even when it caused her problems.

He sat up slowly, moving over to grab a piece of cheese to munch on.

"Cheese and crackers are the best" the blonde expressed joyfully. Otis found his friends enjoying to be rather funny.

That sat quietly for a while finishing their movie, occasionally laughing at the funny parts as they ate their lunch while enjoying each others presences.

Once the movie wrapped up Otis looked over to Adam and asked. "You wanna play Mario kart or something after this"

"Hell yeah"
