Akemi was finally able to make it to class as her face was slightly rosy after her boyfriend went for a morning round and from the few stares her way. Cursing her luck that morning as she tried to act normal.

Sneaking a glance behind her to the empty seat that her boyfriend usually occupied. Hoping he would make it to class this time after she had made him clean up her room after they were done.

"Morning everyone. My name is Toga Yagari and I will be your new teacher for a while." A man introduced himself as he was the man sent by the Vampire Hunter's Association.

Zero stepped into the classroom a few seconds after. His eyes finding his girlfriend before landing on the man as he immediately became a bit tense. Turning back around and leaving.

"Excuse me." Akemi apologized to the man before running after her boyfriend. Leaving the classroom as she didn't seem to care at the moment. "Zero!" She spoke up.

Yuki left her seat with her stuff in hand as she ran after the two of them to check up on Zero as well. She found it out with the way he had reacted. Noticing how they were by the school gates by now and spotting their well known Headmaster waiting for them.

"Just the group I was looking for." Kaien smiled. "I need some errands to be done in town. Would you three be able to do it?" He asked.

"Oh, um sure." Akemi nodded as she knew it was better than having Zero walk back to class like that.

"Great. Come back before your patrolling starts." Kaien waved as he watched them leave the school.

Akemi sat across from Zero at a restaurant as Yuki sat besides him at the moment. Listening to them chat with one another as she was in her own thoughts. Unaware of what was going on with her boyfriend and the situation with the waiter.

Only catching a glimpse of his back as he left made her snap back to the present. "What happened?" She asked.

"The waiter called him a Night Student and he got mad."

"That fox.. Yuki head back early. I'll get his errands done and find Zero." Akemi spoke as she got up.

"Hmm... But-.."

"Go. We'll be fine and be there just in time to help with the patrols."

"Alright. Just be safe." She spoke as she waved to her.

Akemi waved back with a small smile and headed out the door once she was done. Glancing around and wondering about where he would choose to go. Heading down the street and checking the nearest alleyway.

Getting a slash on her palm after touching the wrong thing and cursing her luck and boyfriend under her breath. Feeling alert at a sound she heard before dodging the level E vampire that came out of nowhere.

"Just great." She scoffed as she raised her hands slightly in preparation before grabbing the vampire and slamming it into the building's brick wall. Letting go as she moved back.

The vampire got back up as it was still going. Especially with the scent of her blood filling their senses. They wanted nothing more than to drink her dry.

Getting ready as she threw a quick punch and sending him backwards by a few feet. Keeping herself away from being bitten.

It seemed like the level E wasn't about to give up before seeing a lock of silver appear before her to punch the vampire away from her.
