As the conversation with Seungcheol and the Omegas continued, Jun cleared his throat, his gaze steady as he addressed Seungcheol.

"Seungcheol," Jun began, his voice respectful but determined, "We had a request." He said.

"Of course, Jun. What is it?" Seungcheol asked, turning his attention to Jun.

Hoshi, however, cut in before Jun could say anything. "We want to learn how to hunt." He said, his eyes bright with enthusiasm.

Well, Seungcheol defiently wasn't expecting that.

"We know it's traditionally the role of the Alphas and Betas," DK explained, "but we want to contribute to the pack in any way we can." He said, Woozi nodding in agreement.

"I admire your initiative," Seungcheol said, his voice laced with approval. "Learning to hunt is an important skill, and it's something that can benefit the entire pack." He added.

"They're right, We are a big pack. The more skilled hunters we have, the better." Jeonghan nodded in agreement.

Seungcheol turned back to the Omegas. "Let me talk to the other Alpha's we'll arrange for some training sessions. Start with the basics and work our way up." He suggested.

Jun's face lit up with excitement, gratitude shining in his eyes. "Thank you, Seungcheol. We won't let you down."

Seungcheol's smile widened, his heart swelling with pride at the dedication of these omega's. "I have no doubt about that," he replied, his voice filled with confidence.

As the moon cast a gentle glow over the camp, Jeonghan glanced at Seungcheol, sensing his unease. "It's been a long day," he said, his voice gentle. "You should get some rest. The old leader's den is prepared for you."

Seungcheol shook his head slightly, "I appreciate the offer, Jeonghan, but I don't think I'm ready to sleep there yet." He admitted.

Mingyu, overhearing the conversation, furrowed his brow. "Why not? You're the head Alpha now. That den is yours." He pointed out.

"I want to earn that place. I can't just step into a position of comfort while the rest of you are still adjusting to me being here." Seungcheol said.

"And plus, there is still the ceremony to be held." Seungcheol said turning to Jeonghan who nodded slowly, he didn't think Seungcheol would want to go through the whole process

"So, what do you propose?" Jeonghan asked, guessing Seungcheol wasn't going to sleep in the Alpha den either.

"I'll sleep outside tonight, near the common area. I want to show everyone that I'm not here to impose or take advantage. I'm here to be part of the pack, to earn your trust and respect." Seungcheol concluded.

"Are you sure?" Jeonghan asked as Seungcheol nodded. "Okay. We'll set up a place for you outside, then. It might be a bit rough." He added.

Seungcheol chuckled, a hint of warmth in his eyes. "I've handled worse."

As the pack members dispersed to prepare their sleeping arrangements, Seungcheol found a spot near the common area, a place where he could be seen and easily accessible to everyone. He lay down on the ground, feeling the cool earth beneath him, and stared up at the stars.

The sounds of the pack settling down surrounded him, a comforting reminder of the community he was now a part of. He felt a sense of peace, knowing that his decision had been the right one. It would take time to earn their trust, but he was ready to put in the effort.

As he closed his eyes, Seungcheol felt a presence beside him. Opening his eyes, he saw Jeonghan sitting nearby.

"You didn't have to stay," Seungcheol said softly.

Jeonghan shrugged, a small smile playing on his lips. "I know. But it's my job to look after the pack, including you." "Plus, DK is talking my ear off in the Beta tent." Jeonghan added.

Seungcheol nodded. "Thank you, Jeonghan. For everything." Seungcheol smiled. Jeonghan simply nodded, settling in for the night. Together, they lay under the stars.
