A/N: Hello everyone!! Sorry for updating late. Hope you enjoy this chapter. Once again, please don't forget to vote because it tells me if you guys actually like the story or not which is very important t me because it lets me know if you like the story or not. Because if you guys don't like the story then there isn't any point posting it anymore.

Anyway, I wanted to clear up a few things before you read the chapter.
1. As of now, it is roughly November and 6-7 months into uni
2. I am not going by American uni timings nor by UK/AUS timing. I have made up my own thing so it isn't technically adhering to any education system.
3. Abhi had referred to Naina like his sister because at that point in time that is how he wanted to explain his feelings towards her and his reasons as to why he acted the way he did.

One more exciting thing! I have started a blog. It would mean the world if you could go and check it out.

Okay, that's all. Enjoy!!! :)

p.s. this is not edited, same as all the chapters before this unless said otherwise.

Abhi POV:

I feel so happy with life right now. Naina and I are friends again and so are Aman and I. We spent majority of the day before yesterday, hanging out and catching up on everything. We laughed, ate and laughed some more. Naina seemed to be extremely content as well, which made me even happier. I hate to see Naina sad....it makes me sad. As cheesy as that sounds, it absolutely sucks when I can't or don't have time to be around Naina. She and I always used to hang out together and now, we are lucky if we get to see each other once or twice a week. You would think that we would get sick of each other and honestly, if it was anyone else, I would get sick of being together, but with Naina, it's different. We enjoy each other's company, even if we aren't doing anything exciting. I guess it's the fact that since we basically grew up together, it's hard to be apart. Maybe, it's just me who finds it hard.

My phone buzzed from inside the back pocket of my jeans.

Naina: Hey, you ready to go?

Yup, on my way to yours now

I slid my phone back into my pocket and scanned around the room one last time before closing the door. Naina told me that she was going to introduce me to her friends today and just for the occasion, I dressed a bit nicer than normal. I wore blue jeans with a grey v-neck. and a blue jumper. I zipped up my jumper halfway as I walked to Naina's building.

I walked up to Naina who was waiting at the bottom of her building.

"Hey Nains, ready?" I walked up to her, giving her a smile.

"Yup. Jiya said to meet them at the cafe so that's where we are going." She said, putting her phone back in her pocket.

She started walking, with me close behind her.

"Geez Nains, when did you start walking this fast?" I lightly panted as a jogged to meet up to her. She somehow managed to walk faster than she ever used to.

"Ha! You're just slow." She turned her head back at me and laughed before jogging ahead. I laughed and jogged up to her.

I stopped in front of her, blocking her from moving forward. "Oh really now? I'm just slow am i?" I walked up to her, smirking until there was only a mere 3 inches between us.

"Maybe I do, maybe I don't..." Naina chuckled, daring to move closer an inch closer. We were now so close that any person who was watching would assume that we were going to kiss.

"Well I guess I am just going to have to show you how fast I am then" I smirked back before reaching to the side of her and swiftly grabbing her phone from her back pocket. Being Naina, she was oblivious to the fact that I had made any movement at all. She was focused on trying to 'intimidate' me by staring with her most menacing look possible, which ironically made her look like an angry 6 year old.

"Oh really? And how, exactly, do you plan to do that?" She raised her eyebrows and folded her arms.

I waved her phone in front of her. Naina's mouth opened to form a complete 'o'.

"Is that-?" Naina pointed towards her phone that waved in front of her.

"Uh-huh" I nodded, my smirk turning into a almost full teeth-showing smile. She tried to snatch from my hand but didn't get it in time. I made a run for it, not even daring to look back at what would most possibly be a very pissed of Naina.

"ABHI GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW!!" Naina screamed. I could hear her voice slowly get louder. I laughed, continuing to run away, towards the gates. "ABHIMANYU SINGH, YOU GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW!!!"

I stopped in my tracks and turned around to face her. "You did not just use my full name...." I looked at her, shocked. She never uses my full name....ever.

"Believe it because that's what I just did." She crossed her arms and walked towards me. "This is what happens when you question me...Abhimanyu. I always win you see." She paused before she said my name, as though she was pondering the thought of saying my full name.

"Well I guess I'm just going to have to do something about that...aren't I?" I walked up to her, grabbed her by the waist and lifted her up over my shoulder.

"Aaah!! Put me down right now Abhi!!!" She screamed, thrashing her arms against me.

"Sorry but no can do Nains." I shook my head and continued walking towards the cafe. " You see m'lady, this is what you get for talking to me using my full name. I hope you understand the 'punishment' for doing something as horrible as what you just did." As we walked down the street, people were staring at us, which was perfect because Naina hates bringing unneeded attention to herself.

"Okay, okay. I surrender." Naina simultaneously sighs and laughs. "Now please Abhi, for the sake of both you and me, put me down.People are starting to stare"

I lifted her off my shoulder and softly put her down. And then Naina smacks me.

"Ouch! What was that for?!" I rubbed my upper arm which oddly enough did sting a bit from her slap.

"That was for terrorising me." And then she smacks me again. "And that was for making the two of us late for meeting my friends. "

I glared at her, Naina reciprocating the glare. We burst into laughter.

"Now come on, let's go. I don't want to be more later than we already are." Naina's laughter died down to a chuckle. We continued walking down to the cafe.
