Dazai and Atsushi had been assigned a psychology project on attraction by their professor, Doctor Kaneda. The sun rose lazily over the city as the two young men made their way to the university campus, backpacks slung over their shoulders. Atsushi's eyes sparkled with curiosity, his mind already buzzing with ideas for their project. Dazai, on the other hand, had a mischievous glint in his eyes, as if he had something up his sleeve.

As they settled into their usual spot in the library, Atsushi pulled out his notebook and pen, ready to brainstorm. "So, Dazai, what do you think we should focus on for our project?"

Dazai leaned back in his chair, a sly smile playing on his lips. "Well, Atsushi, I think we should explore the psychology of love at first sight."

Atsushi's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Love at first sight? Isn't that a bit... Cliché?"

Dazai chuckled softly. "Perhaps, but there is always a deeper layer to these things. Imagine the rush of emotions, the rapid heartbeat, the instant connection... It's a fascinating topic, don't you think?"

Atsushi couldn't help but nod in agreement. "You have a point. Okay, let's delve into the complexities of love at first sight."

They spent the morning researching different psychological theories and case studies related to attraction. Atsushi scribbled notes furiously, while Dazai lounged beside him, occasionally offering insightful comments or teasing remarks.

Around noon, they decided to take a break and grab lunch at a nearby café. The sun streamed through the windows, casting a warm glow over their table as they sipped on iced coffee and nibbled on sandwiches.

"So, Atsushi, have you ever experienced love at first sight?" Dazai asked casually, twirling a straw between his fingers.

Atsushi blushed slightly, caught off guard by the question. "Uh, well, I'm not sure. Maybe once or twice, but it's hard to say for certain."

Dazai raised an eyebrow, a playful glint in his eyes. "Oh? Do tell."

Atsushi cleared his throat, trying to gather his thoughts. "There was this guy I met at a bookstore once. He had this... Aura about him, you know? We only exchanged a few words, but I couldn't stop thinking about him for days."

Dazai's smile widened. "Sounds intriguing."

"What about you, Dazai? Any love at first sight experiences?" Atsushi asked, with the same mischievous glint in his eyes.

Dazai leaned back in his chair, a wistful look crossing his features. "I have always believed in the power of attraction, but love at first sight? That is a different story. I think I have been too focused on literature philosophy to notice such fleeting emotions."
