Missy's POV
School was finally over which I meant it was time to head home to set up for the sleepover.
Bridgette and Brooklyn agreed to come over early to help me set up before the other girls arrived.
By 6, everyone had shown up. Everyone meaning Natalie, Stacy and Rachel.
I wanted to keep it small so I didn't want invite the whole squad, just the girls I'm closest with.
Lynn's POV
I was currently in the process of getting ready for my sleepover at Missy's house and I was being bombarded by my siblings.
"Listen up. This is your first official sleepover with the popular people and how you do will make or break the future of your sleepover career so don't mess this up," Lola spoke.
"No being over competitive and trying to crush everyone," Luna said. "Just relax and play the games for fun."
"And no nunchucks," Lisa said as she removed them from my duffel bag.
"Guys I think I am more than capable of surviving a sleepover. It's not my first."
"You've hosted one but you've never attended one in high school and these girls are different. They're not your usual jock friends. These are cheerleaders. The top of the food chain," Lola said. "So if you screw this up, you're done."
"You should take this," Lincoln handed me an earpiece.
"What's this for?" I asked. "In case you get nervous. You can talk to us and we'll be able to hear you and respond via this walky talky."
I put the earpiece in. "Testing one two."
"I hear you loud and clear little bro," I said. "But I really don't think I need——"
"If you're gonna wear the earpiece then you need to hide it," Luan said and pulled out my ponytail.
"Hey!" I protested.
"Lola pushed me down on the bed and started brushing my hair.
"Soft," she gleamed after a few seconds.
"Here," Leni handed me strawberry lipgloss. "What's this for?" "For kissing. In case boys come over."
Luan and Luna gave each other a look.
"Uh thanks Leni," I said and took the lipgloss.
"Now who's ready to ride?" Leni asked.
Author's POV
The Loud siblings gathered into vanzilla, insisting on going to Missy's house.
Lynn sat nervously as Leni inched closer and closer to the Samuels residence.
"Your friend lives here?" Luna asked as all the Loud siblings looked in awe at the huge house in front of them.
"Yep." "Do I look ok?" Lynn asked, suddenly feeling self conscious.
"You look great. Now go," Luna ushered her out the door.
Lynn pressed the buzzer and the familiar black gates opened, allowing her entry.
