I walked to my house. There was a kind of divinity in me that was enlightening me with whatever happened with Karn. So, I knew the directions to his house automatically.

On the way, I dashed with someone. I quickly held her in my arms. I looked at her face. She had closed her eyes and was looking scared.

Vrushali. The childhood friend of Karn.

"Open your eyes, madam", I teased.

Vrushali opened her eyes and looked at me innocently. She was cute. I chuckled at her.

I helped her stand and she immediately stepped back. She fiddled with her fingers. "Thank you sir", she said politely.

I laughed. "I am Karn, you crazy girl", I said to her. She looked at me in shock.

"Karn", she giggled. She hugged me tightly making me chuckle at her.

"How are you? It's been years. You turned out to be quite handsome", she said.

I laughed.

"I know", I said. I kissed on her hair. She kept hugging me. "How are you? You turned out to be quite beautiful as well", I said as we pulled apart and I winked at her.

She blushed making me smirk at her. I know she liked Karn.

"Where are maa and baba?" I asked.

"Come with me", she said. We went to our house and I saw a very beautiful and kind woman who was a goddess for me, my mother Radha.

"Putr", she said emotionally. I smiled.

"Mata", I said and rushed to hug her. She hugged me back chuckling.

I turned towards a man who was my God, my baba Adhirath. He was looking happily at me.

I rushed to him and hugged him as well. "It's hard to live without parents", I said.

"It's hard to live without son as well", baba said emotionally.

I smiled softly and tightened my hold on him.

"Would you come with me?" I asked.

"Where?" Baba asked.

"To the Kala Pradarshan baba", I said. I knew what was coming.

"But putr that's for princes", he said.

I am Rajmata's son. I am a prince too.

"I know baba. But I am an archer as well. And I won't get this chance again", I said.

"Let's go", Maa said encouragingly.

I nodded at Vrushali. Baba shook his head disapprovalingly which told he won't come.

Maa blinked at me in assurance and taking baba's blessings, I set for the arena with Vrushali.

I sent maa to sit with the people and Vrushali and me moved to the terrace.

I glared at Rajmata Kunti.

She was eager to meet her five sons.

I am eager to meet you as well my so called mother.

"When will you go?" Vrushali asked excitedly. She almost slipped which made me hold her hand and glare at her.

"Crazy girl. You could have fallen", I said to her. She waved it off.

She scares me sometimes.

She was getting clearly affected by our close proximity. I chuckled seeing it. "What?" I smirked. She shook her head and tried to move back.

"Nah. Stay here", I said and she blushed.

We watched eagerly as the duel began. Duryodhan's presence brought a smile on my face.

"When will you go?" Vrushali asked again.

"When Arjun arrives. Guru Dronacharya will call me on his own", I said to her.

She looked confused.

"You will see", I smirked. "Just wait and watch", I said.

She nodded puzzled and looked in front. I looked eagerly as the match between Bheem and Duryodhan ended with Bheem's defeat.

Now was the time for Arjun to come.

He entered inside and spread his arms as all people cheered for him.

I narrowed my eyes.

Just the start the duel!

"It's time for me to go. Stay here ok?" I asked. She nodded.

Arjun ended up trapping Duryodhan.

I raised my bow and spoke the mantra. I already had all the knowledge that Maharathi Karn had.

My arrow nullified Arjun's attack and freed Duryodhan.

I jumped down in the arena.

"Who are you?" Dronacharya asked angrily.

I looked at him bored.

"Warriors don't speak with words. They use their skills", I said.

"Who you are? You dared to intervene in the kuru princes duel?" Bheem asked.

I glared at him.

"I am Karna", I introduced. "Son of the charioteer Adhirath and Radha maa", I said.

I looked at Rajmata Kunti and showed my armour making her widen her eyes.

Shocked? Are we?

"Son of a charioteer. How dare you challenge a Rajkumar? Go away", Bheem said.

'smack his head. You are his elder brother'

My subconscious said.

'Sadly no' I said back. I can't hit him right now. My coward mother needs to tell the truth which will take ages. I will only need to do something.

"Are you scared of your younger brother getting defeated? Rajkumar", I asked mockingly. That made Arjun glare at me.

"And kindly get your eyes treated. I mean, how do I look normal?" I asked in an offended tone.

That made them look at me confused.

"I have armour here in my body. Which normal person has it? Can't you see?" I raised my eyebrows.

That made them silent. Dumb brains!

"So now enough of introduction. Don't ask me my family lineage now. God! Who made you warriors? You wasted so much of time", I rolled my eyes.

"Start the duel", Duryodhan said. "I make him the King of Anga", he said.

"No", I said. "I don't accept this", I said. That made Duryodhan shocked and sad.

"With due respect prince", I joined my hands. "the reason for my fight is to get right to education despite being low caste", I said. "If I fight as a king, I get those rights because of my position and not my valour. Please make me the king when I get to fight this duel as a charioteer only".

"I respect that", Duryodhan smiled. "Pitashree give permission for this duel. After the results, we can make him the King. I know he will win", Duryodhan said. I smiled.

"No", Mahamahim protested.

"Who is the king?" I quickly asked and smirked as Maharaj Dritrashtra raised his hand permitting me to participate.

"But you said you were divine?" Arjun asked perplexed.

Get some brain, my brother.

"You mean to say only royals can be divine. I am still a charioteer and will always be. And yes despite being the charioteer I have this armour with me", I said.

I know I am not a born Suta and thats why I have this armour because I am a demigod but I refuse that identity I never got to live.

My only identity is the one I grew up with. And, I will fight with it as well.

The duel began!
