Alex's POV

A smirk grew on my face. Looking over at Mr. Psycho, I saw how nervous and afraid he was. Growling through gritted teeth, he spun around to look at his men. "Get reinforcements, and stop the intruders! Now!"

The men looked at each other nervously, not moving from their spots. My grin getting bigger with all the fear in the air. "Well!?" They snapped to attention. "Go! Either hold them off or kill them! I don't care! Just make sure they don't come into this room!"

"Sir!" Nodding their heads, the men that weren't holding Asha down and a couple others quickly rushed out of the room.

Breathing heavily, Mr. Psycho ran his fingers through his hair. Angrily mumbling something under his breath.

Turning back to me, his anger grew at seeing my expression. "You really think you can hold my mates off, let alone kill them?" I smirkingly asked, tilting my head to the side. That made Mr. Psycho even more frustrated with the situation.

"They're far more stronger and smarter than you. After all, they did won the war you started." Clutching his jaw and glaring daggers at me, he began to think. Gripping his hair and tugged on it. "Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck." He whispered shouted, his face turned slightly red.

After a while, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Slowly and calmly letting go of his hair. Rubbing his face with his hands while taking more deep breaths.

When he was finished, he was more relaxed than before and his face was no longer red. "What? Didn't plan for this Mr. Psycho? You should have know that my mates will come after me." To be honest, I thought they have given up. Not gonna tell him that through. "And when they get here, you're gonna wish you were never born or ever cross them."

My grin is starting to hurt my face by how big it is. But I can't help myself. This is kind of funny.

Letting out a loud breath out, Mr. Psycho shook his head and smiled. After a moment, he turned and grinned back at me. "But do you think that they'll come in the nick of time to save you?" My eyes widen, grin gone. "If I do lose, I'm dragging them down with me by killing their precious little mate." Moving a little, the ropes held me in place and dug into my skin.

"Don't you dare touch her, James!" We looked over at Asha who was struggling in the ropes and the men's grasp that were still pinning her down. "Don't touch my daughter!"

She was struggling so much that the two men holding her were beginning to have some trouble. "Hold her down!" The other couple men in the room ran over and helped keep Asha on her knees. I watched with worry. That's my mom. "Don't hurt her!"

"Gag her! I don't wanna hear her voice anymore, it's getting on my nerves!" One of the men took a rag out from their pocket and shoved it in Asha's mouth.

Asha watched us with wide eyes, still struggling in Mr. Psycho's men's grasp. Trying to speak but her words were muffled by the rag.

Turning back to me, Mr. Psycho shook his head and reached into his jacket. "That woman is so tiresome. I should have killed her years ago." Pulling out a weird looking dagger, he walked up until he was right in front of me.

And before I could do anything, not that I could, Mr. Psycho plunged the dagger into my stomach. I gasped for breath, feeling extraordinary pain while leaning forward. Resting my head against Mr. Psycho while he pulled the dagger out and plunged it back in.

Releasing his grip from the dagger and stepping away from me, the ropes were the only things keeping me upright from not collapsing onto the ground.

I felt blood rushing up my throat and spill out my agape mouth. Rolling down my chin. Black spots spreading across my vision while the air started to taste like poison when taking small breaths. A tiredness swept me and my eyes began to slowly shut. I felt my life slowly slipping out of my hands. Mates. Mist. I'm sorry.

"Thats enough. I have grown rather impatient."
