Third Person POV
Eli was shaking with rage after what Harper had told her. Her grip tightened on Alex, being mindful of her long, sharp nails.
Her eyes were now glowing so brightly that it made Harper nervous even though Eli's back was facing her. "Tell my mates I want to speak to them. Now."
Harper gave a small bow, silently turning around and walking out the room as quick as possible.
Hearing the door close, Eli leaned down and snuggled her face into Alex's hair, closing her eyes and take in a deep breath of her mates scent. She smelled like lavender mixed with cinnamon.
Smelling this, the demon queen instantly relaxed, forgetting everything. Eli let out a small sigh before shifting to lay on her back.
While doing so, Alex's grip on her shirt tightened and she pushed herself against Eli. "Don't leave me." Alex whispered, a sad frown on her face, her brows deeply furrowed.
Eli paused, looking down at Alex's face after a moment to see her still deep asleep. Her expression softened. "I will never leave you, little wolf." Eli whispered back into the omega's ear.
Alex's grip loosened a little, her frown turning into a soft smile. Eli took that chance to lay on her back, moving Alex so she was laying on her chest and grabbing the blanket, pulling it over the two of them.
Staring at her mate as she ran her fingers through her hair, Eli noticed something. Grabbing a piece of Alex's hair and studying it, her eyes narrowed when she realized that the omega's hair wasn't white like hers, it was actually silver.
"Well aren't you just full of surprises, little mate." Just then, the chamber doors opened again and the four other queens walked in, worried in their eyes as they rushed over to the demon and omega.
"Harper told us you wanted to speak to us, is something wrong?" Queen Star of dragons asked. Eli continued to study Alex's hair that was in between her pointer and middle fingers.
She didn't look away as she told them what Harper had told her, getting anger once more at remembering what Alex's pack had done to her. And at the end of it, the five queens of war were itching for revenge for their little mate.
A soldier let out a small grunt, landing on his back after getting tossed away like a rag doll. He groaned in pain, already feeling the bruises form under his armor. The blazing sun wasn't helping.
Slowly getting up, he rubbed the back of his neck. Watching as the Tiger Queen continue to fight against twenty other soldiers.
"She's really going at it today, isn't she?" A female soldier next to the male one asked, also watching the scene in-front of her. "What pissed her off?I've never seen her like this."
The man nodded his head, watching as Taylor roughly swept a soldier's leg, making their greave, the cover for their lower leg, shatter into pieces as they fell to the ground, whimpering in pain.
Taylor ignored them and continued to fight. Injuring her warriors quite seriously. When she was done, she was standing in the middle of the training ground, injured soldiers down for the count all around her. The man soldier that was sitting on the ground, watching her, gulped.
"Want are you morons doing?" Taylor asked in her raspy voice with a deep frown, anger filled eyes. "I didn't train you all to be this weak. Stand up and give me a proper fight. I have some pent up energy to spent."
All the soldiers groaned, but did as they were told. They won't dare disobey her for they know what would happen if they didn't obey.
Jane walked through the halls of her castle, her advisers trailing after her. "Your majesty, noble families are beginning to question your rule." Jane didn't stop. "And why's that?"
