The man who was supposed to be Vella Peaceful's father hit her, kicked punched and yelled. The girl's mother was the same way. She had no way of defending herself from this. After the let's say "episode" she had new wounds, swelling and bleeding thankfully it wasn't severe. Later she was at the Jedi Temple where her friends were. She looked through the crowd and waved at the three boys about a year older than her. Jun sato, Ashitari Mattin, and Caleb dude. They were the only ones who were able to make a genuine smile on her face. The boys hugged her and they all laughed when catching up to each other. "Then the clankers started yelling and running away straight into us!" Caleb retold the events of the battle. A loud thud sounded from the room causing the girl to instinctively throw her hands over her face to pull a defensive measure. Since her arms were up, her sleeves slid down her arms exsposing her wrists, that were covered with scars, dried blood, and gently wrapped bandages. She didn't think she just ran. The boys ran after her. She was really fast! Finally they caught her. Caleb was holding her by her shoulders, while she kicked the air and screamed, "Let me go! Let me go! I don't know what I did wrong but I'm done with the punishments!" At this point she had tears running down her face, making paths down her face that showed dust nearly invisible against her dark skin. The three of them never saw her act like this before and they didn't want her to suffer like this anymore. So, while Caleb and Ashari took her to medical bay, Jun got an adult. The healer was a nice old lady who was very gentle with the girl. The boys were right there with her. They heard the door open and the two boys saw Jun and master obi-wan Kenobi. "Where is she?" They were led to where the girl was. She was hugging her knees to her chest head down trying to make her herself as small as possible. Her friends immediately rushed to her side. "Vella, hey, you're okay, you're safe." Caleb calmed. He put his arm around her shoulders and pulled her close. "Vella We want to know the whole truth. What happened to you?" Jun nodded and his brother spoke softly, "Who or what did this to you?" Ashari asked. "My parents." She said extremely panicked. The boys understood what was going on. After Vella went outside to get some air. Master Kenobi, explained what happened to the girl. "She was abused by her own parents. That is why she has so many scars." The three were shocked. "You were lucky to have discovered that when you did. She will be removed from the coustdy of her parents and will live here until further notice." Obiwan continued The boys were relieved that their sister would not suffer any more.
