-Good morning Tessia dear, I believe we have a few things to talk about." Said Director Goodsky with a soft smile as she walked in the room.

-Hello director." Said Hannadreda with a small node of her head as her hand was still extended toward me for a handshake.

Facing the director with an awkward smile, I could almost feel the irony in her calm, welcoming grin as I answered her greeting with controlled anger: "Indeed, I do believe you have a lot to explain."

-You shouldn't be so rude to the director." Scolded Hanna as I felt her gaze narrow on me.

-That much is alright." Answered grandma with the same smile as she made a slight hand movement to the side as if to dismiss her worries. "I have been acquainted with the princess for a long time."

-See, all is fine, there aren't any problems." I answered with an overly bright smile followed by a small chuckle as I vigorously shook her hand to try and hide my growing frustration.

Pulling her hand away from my grapes after an overly long handshake, the dwarf girl glanced suspiciously between me and Goodsky, before walking back toward her luggage starting to sort and place her clothes in the wardrobe.

-Why don't you take a seat, little one?" Asked grandma as she stepped toward one of the desks and pulled it back before sitting on it herself.

Moving backward toward the free bed, which I still hadn't prepared properly, I let myself fall back on the bare mattress as I stared intensely at grandma.

-Was your first day enjoyable?" Asked Grandma with the same, sly smile.

-Well, beyond the time I spent with my friend, which was quite enjoyable, I have to say that the speech given by the president was a really powerful one, that the following fight between her and the dissidents was rather entertaining and that I'm very honored and surprised to have her as my roommate," I answered, turning my frustration into a smile "doubly so since I had heard that every member of the student council had their own rooms." I added as my expression crystallized into a wide smile, which I hopped looked like an excited if curious smile from Hannadreda's point of view as she picked at me while pretending to keep sorting her stuff, and that; to the director, hopefully conveyed that I wasn't amused by her little prank at all.

-It is good to hear that you have already taken a liking to the council president, I hope you'll keep getting along with her, she might act cold, but she is a cute girl once you get to know her." She answered with a small smile as I saw the dwarf girl get stunned at the director's words before turning toward her with an annoyed and blushing expression. "As her presence here as your roommate, you will be glad to know that she refused to take the room before proving herself as student council president." She added as I raised an eyebrow in surprise.

-I believe that only one must earn the right to acquire privileges, thus, receiving preferential treatment like a private room before I can show that myself is unacceptable." Precised Hannadreda while still looking away from us, as I nodded, feeling proud of having her not just repeat what I had taught her, but also follow and apply those principles in her daily life.

-That's a wise way to look at it, I also wouldn't want to be treated differently just because I'm a princess." I told her as she looked back at me with a slightly doubtful expression, which was rather understandable seeing how most nobles she had met thus far would have rather died than losing their privileges. "All things considered, we're pretty lucky to have ended up in the same room, by random chance, right director?" I continued as I turned toward Goodsky with my now crystallized smile as I turned to her, making it clear that I wasn't ready to let her go without having an explanation on why she decided, out of all the girls in this school, to put me in the same room as Hannadreda.
