Chapter 25

Andy's days at home were almost all the same, every now and then Vic went to visit her, sometimes she went to the station, every now and then she had some medical visits but most of the days she spent at home bored.
That evening she was in Olivia's room talking to her like they did every night before bed and Olivia was complaining about how stressed she was about school so Andy made a decision.
Andy: "Tomorrow you won't go to school, you'll take a day off and you and I will go around"
Olivia: "but I can't skip school"
Andy: "Liv you are the best in your class, if you miss a day nothing will happen"
Olivia: "Dad will never let me"
Andy: "I'll convince him, good night"
Olivia: "good night"

Andy: "Liv stays home with me tomorrow" she said as she entered the room
Robert: "Is she sick?"
Andy: "no"
Robert: "Why are she staying at home then?"
Andy: "because she needs some rest, Robert nothing happens if she misses a day of school"
Robert: "Okay"
Andy: "you are the best dad for our children" she said giving him a kiss

In the morning Robert took Nathan to school while at home Andy woke up calmly, made pancakes for her and Olivia and then went to wake Olivia up. After breakfast they got ready and headed to the shopping center.
They bought a lot of clothes and makeup for Olivia and then Andy took the opportunity to buy some things she needed for her and the baby.
While they were at lunch Andy talked to Olivia to understand why she was sad the night before.
Olivia: "the boy I liked got togheter to one of my best friends"
Andy: "I'm sorry"
Olivia: "It's clear that he wasn't the right guy"
Andy: "oh if he acted like that he was a real asshole"
Olivia laughed.
Andy: "Do you want to go get a manicure?"
Olivia: "yes"
After lunch they went to get a manicure, once the manicure was finished they did some more shopping before returning home.

When they got home they sat down on the sofa to watch a film, while they were watching the film Robert and Nathan went home.
Andy: "welcome back"
Robert: "Did you have fun?"
Olivia: "yes, look dad I did my nails" she said showing her nails to her father
Olivia: "Do you like them dad?"
Robert: "yes darling"
Olivia and Nathan went upstairs and Robert and Andy stayed on the couch.
Andy: "Thank you for not making a fuss about your nails"
Robert: "It was hard to hold back"
Andy: "I was thinking that we could ask my father to move here temporarily, we could use a hand from him"
Robert: "It's fine for me"
