Chapter 4

Zander's P.O.V

After we broke into the stronghold and freed Langstrom's family we headed to London.

"Damian where are you going?" I asked him

"I'm going to go save our mother are you coming with me or not." Damian stated.

"I'll wait on dad, that way we don't get in trouble." I told him

"Fine then I guess I'm the only one out of the two of us that cares enough about her." Damian told me and I was in shock about what he said and he left right after.

I ordered room service and over heard dad and dick talking on face time.

"Why are you in London?" Dick asked

"Interpol. I'm bringing them in on it." Dad told him.

"How's the little princes?" Dick asked

"Sends their love they just ordered room service." Dad said

"Maybe their human after all." Dick stated.

"What about Langstrom?" Dad asked.

"Ever since I told him his family was safe he's been a scientist on fire. Once actually on fire. Something exploded and I had to put him out. Minor burns." Dick told him.

"But he is producing the antidote?" Dad asked

"Hundreds of doses. Is something wrong?" Dick asked.

"Deathstroke has Talia. Langstrom's wife said there was another prisoner. A woman. I think Talia attacked the stronghold and got captured. I saw signs of torture in one of the cells." Dad said to him.

'So that is what he didn't want me to see' I thought to myself as I looked down at my hands and began to cry a little.

"But no idea where she is now?" Dick asked him

"None. Have you found anything?" Dad asked him

"Maybe. A dormant oil rig belonging to Ra's, part of a shell company. Went active a few weeks back. I thought it was interesting." Dick told him

"That is interesting. Hold on." Dad said.

"Damian, Zander," he said opening the door and just seeing me.

"Damian left a little bit ago." I told him

"And you didn't bother to say anything?" He asked me.

"Hey, when I get hungry nothing else matters and I can't fight people on an empty stomach, besides I was gonna tell you after I got done eating." I told him while putting some steak in my mouth.

"Where is the oil rig?" Dad asked dick.

"Close to you." Dick stated

"How close?" Dad asked him

"Scotland off the Outer Hebrides, what's wrong?" Dick stated

"Damian's gone and took his uniform." Dad told him

"What about Zander?" Dick questioned

"Eating some food he says can't function on an empty stomach." Dad said mocking me.

"Relax Dad it's not like Damian can hold his breath for that long." I told him as I went to put my suit on.

(Slight time skip)

Me and Damian were preparing to fight Deathstroke.

"Ra's trained me to take his place. Talia would have been mine as well, until your father came along." Deathstroke said to us.

"And created something special, Us" we said.

Deathstroke then punched me in the face and I fell back Damian got into a fighting stance and then was kicked by him. Deathstroke then threw knives at us and stabbed Damian in the arm and me in the leg. We got loose and threw Batarangs and Kunais at him nearly hiting his other eye. We contiued to fight him until he kicked me off the platform but I used my grappling hook and brought him down with me. He cut the wire and Damian attacked him while I got back on to the platform.

Damian and I walked up to him and pointed out weapons at him.

"Go Ahead, finish me, you both were trained to kill your enimes weren't you? It's what I would do what your Grandfather would do. so Do It." Deathstroke said to us.

"No. We are our father's sons too." We both said to him

"We are Robin and Sparrow" We said and walked away from him and went to go hug mother. I also hugged dad and we were lead to a pod and we launched up out of the water than saw Dick flying and he picked us up.

"I thank you for my life and the life of my sons," Mother stated

"Our sons" Dad said

"I need to rebuild the League. Make it stronger, better. Come with me. You and I together with Zander and Damian, would be invincible." Mother said to him.

"The best way to fix the League is to disband it." Dad said

"If only it was that easy" Mther said and then looked towards us.

"Zander and Damian should stay with me" Dad stated

"They would want to be with their mother" Mother said to him

"They are Robin and Sparrow now. They stay with the Batman." Dad said to her

"Damian, Zander, are you ready to come?" Mother asked us.

"If that is what you wish mother." We said with our heads down.

"Learn from your father Damian, Zander, for he is very wise and you both are the future." She told us and then kissed our foreheads.

"I will come back for them, make them great." Mother said as she was starting to leave

"I will" Dad said to her and mother left.

"Let's go home Damian, Zander." Dad told us

"I'll drive" Damian said.

"No." Both me and dad said.

"I know how" Damian said

"No" Dad said and we headed home.
