Chapter 17

3rd P.O.V

Barbra got called Alfred and Dick to help Zander and Bruce, get back to the Batcave.

"Are they going to be ok?" Barbra asked them

"Their head injuries are beyond me, I'm afraid." Alfred said

"They need a hospital." Dick said.

"Batman and Sparrow can go to the hospital?" Barbra asked Dick

"No, But reckless playboy Bruce Wayne and his son can. Take the roadster to Forest Road near mile marker 82, and wreck it. Dick Grayson will take them to the emergency room." Dick told Barbra.

"Forty-five miles an hour should be adequate. Remember to tuck and Roll." Alfred told her.

"Pretty screwed up you guys have a plane for this." She said.

"I shall notify Thomas Elliot, It seems Master Bruce will be spending time with his old friend after all." Alfred said

Zander's P.O.V

I woke up in a hospital bed and had the biggest migraine ever, that's when Thomas Elliot came in and said surgery went well and that me and dad need a minimum of 2 weeks bed rest. Me and Dad were back in the Batcave working on something for Bane. Ace had his head on my lap as Alfred came down to talk to us.

"Dr. Elliot recommended a minimum of two more weeks bed rest." Alfred told us

"Can't be helped Alfred, we need to go to Black gate Prison." I told him as I got up to eat one of the sandwiches he brought.

"Yes, I see. I know better than to try and dissuade you both." Alfred said to us.

"By now, I would hope so." Dad said

"However, might I suggest these ones? The head pieces have a bit more padding." Alfred said as different suits for the both of us rose from the floor. My new suit was like my old one but the Brown hood and cape were now black and the white undersuit was now a dark grey and the boots were black now too. My utility built was light grey and so were the outline of my goggles, on this suit I don't have a face mask.

"Do try to avoid blows to the head. I'd prefer not to buttle for the World's Greatest Vegetables." Alfred said to us.

"Yes, very thoughtful, Alfred." Dad said and we changed I jumped into the drivers seat of the batmobile while dad glared at me.

"What, I'm old enough to drive now." I said looking at him.

"Fine, but just this once." Dad said getting into the passengers seat.

When we got to Blackgate we mmet with Amanda Waller, Bane then broke free and we went to go save Catwoman.

"Catwoman, get down" I said while dad summon a drone to trap Bane in a net. Amanda Waller left with a now sedated Bane.

"Thanks. It appears we're even." Selina said to us.

"Stay out of trouble." Dad said to her.

"Wait, I know you and the kid aren't big on conversation, but hold on. You both are going after Ivy and I want in." Selina said

"I have a code. Revenge isn't part of it." Dad told her and we both pulled our grapple guns out.

"How about the address of her pheromone-controlled minions? Anyone knows where she went, it's the zombies who tend her plants." Selina told us.

"Give us the information and we'll take care of Ivy." I said to her

"Nope." She said.

"Hmm. Fine, we work together on this. What's the address?" Dad asked her.
