Chapter 19

Reign of the Supermen

(Also Lois knows who everyone in the Justice League are)

Zander's P.O.V (age 17)

Dad sent me to the LexCorp gala just in case those Supermen showed up to cause chaos. I saw Lois and walked over to her.

"Lois it's good to see you." I said to her.

"Good to see you as well Zander." She told me

"So Bruce sent you here instead of coming himself?" She asked

"Yeah but I don't mind, It gets me out of the manor, it's been a bit tense since Clark died." I told her.

"I bet, him and Bruce were like brothers." she said. After that we went to go and listen to Lex's Speech and met one of the Supermen, Superboy.

When Superboy stared at me I stared right back and gave him the signature bat glare. When Lois went to go see what Lex was up to in another room, I went to go change into my Sparrow suit. I saw Eradicator throw Superboy to the ground, and then try and kill lex but I threw an exploding batarang to distract him. Superboy then punched him into the side of the building.

"Sorry, pal. Crash my party, and you get bounced." Superboy said to Eradicator.

"That won't keep him down long." I said and Superboy looked over at me, we both ssw Eradicator get back up.

"You both have been classifed as priority one criminal accessories. Surrender or be eradicated." He said to us

I threw another batarang while Superboy went up to punch him.

"Well, you've been classified as a priority ine dirt-bag, so, there!" Superboy said as he began punching eradicator. I went up behind and pulled out my kunais to stab Eradicator in the arms to let go of Superboy but he grabbed me by the throat as well. He threw us both to the ground and punched us repeatedly.

"Yeah! You better run! Jerk!" Superboy yelled to him but then he started to fly back towards us.

"Uh-oh" I said as the both of us tried to get up and move, but then a hammer flew and knocked Eradicator threw a wall.

"Hey, me and bird boy here had that guy." Superboy told Steel.

"By all means,go to town, Superboy and Sparrow." Steel told us.

"Okay we can do this the easy way or the hard way." Steel said to Eradicator and then they both started to fight. Cyborg Superman then showed up and Eradicator beat him and took off. A little while later reporters started to show up. They started to ask me and Superboy questions and then went over to Cyborg Superman.

"Nice work in there you two. Thank you." Lois said to us

"He got away." Superboy said.

"Yeah, so did we." I said

"What happend to the man in steel?" He asked.

"He probably took off." I told him.

"Well if you need any more help Sparrow hit me up." He said to me before kissing my cheek and flying away.

I looked back at Lois who was smirking at me.

"What?" I asked her.

"Oh, nothing just you and Superboy make a good couple." She told me

"We aren't a couple, I just met him like an hour ago." I told her.

We both soon left and I went back home to the manor. I saw the news with Alfred and Superboy was saving a child from a burning building, I smiled at that and continued to watch. I went with dad to be a body guard for the president.
