The Emerging Players Tournament was an event focused on identifying and showcasing young cricket talents.

Noticing Virat sitting alone in deep thought Sonu approached him with a reassuring smile, sensing that this could be the moment they had both been waiting for.

"Virat you need to perform well today! It's a big day for you!" He looks at Sonu with questioning eyes and replies "bhaiya??"

Sonu chuckles as he looks at Virat and tells him to get ready for the game.. saying "I know you'll rock it!"

Virat overwhelmed with joy, can't contain himself. He engulfs Suresh in a tight hug his voice is thick with emotion "Don't worry bhaiya, i won't disappoint you."

And virat didn't disappoint. He smashed a phenomenal 120 runs, a wide smile plastered across his face the entire time.

And Suresh was incredibly happy for Virat.

Virat had been eager for any opportunity, and thanks to Suresh's belief, today was his chance. While Team India didn't lift the trophy, Virat's performance made waves.

Suresh recommended Virat for Team India selection, a decision that helped him gain recognition, and Virat's impressive play validated the recommendation.

Sonu is sitting in the captain's room where he practically bursts with excitement and wouldn't stop raving about Virat's performance in the last tournament.

Amused by his friend's enthusiasm Mahi replied "Alright.. alright sonu even I am too hyped to see your Virat now."

Sonu's voice is thick with excitement as he extolled Virat's virtues "he's u-19 captain and won the cup".

Sonu practically crowed with excitement, and although Mahi already knew Virat's background, he couldn't help but grin.

Sonu often preached about promoting young talent and this time Mahi shared in the enthusiasm.. the idea of adding a promising player to the team was exhilarating.
