Nikki sighed as she ran her hand through her short hair and turned to Rex and Cody,

"So...this is the end, right?"

Rex sighed and put a hand on her shoulder,

"Kid, no matter what, Cody and I are proud of you,"

Cody smirked and nudged her gently,

"You came a long way from that small girl that flew into Rex all those years ago,"

Nikki laughed and Rex sighed,

"I still can't believe both times you crashed into me,"

Nikki smiled and hugged him,

"Hey, maybe the third time will be different,"

Cody frowned,

"You really are looking again?"

Nikki nodded,

"Yeah...Cal said that he was going to help me look now...so I could finally get some peace,"

Rex nodded,

"After everything you have been through, you deserve it,"

Nikki sighed,

"Do I? I failed so many-"

Cody shook his head,

"No, you didn't. You tried your best, Victory. You kept Fives alive and in hiding while you tried searching for answers, all in secret. Fives has told all of us this story many times,"

Nikki sighed and nodded,

"Maybe in another life, we fixed it before it was too late,"

Rex hugged her and ruffled her hair,

"Just take care of yourself. There has always been a reason we called you Victory,"

Nikki chuckled and hugged him back,

"I'll see you guys again,"

Cody smirked,

"We sure hope so,"

She turned and walked over to where Cal and BD-1 were waiting for her,

"You sure you want to leave?"

Cal sighed and nodded,

"I need to...I think this would be good for both of us...maybe some closure,"

Nikki frowned and grabbed his gloved hand softly,

"Whenever you want to talk about her...let me know,"

Cal slowly nodded and looked away. Merrin was killed the day before in an attack of the old rebel base by a Sith. Ezra, Astor, and Cal have been ridden with guilt ever since, and Nikki finally just convinced them they had nothing to feel guilty about.

"Come on then, let's start flying,"

Cal smiled, and BD-1 immediately made some noises in content as they boarded the old X-wing that was once used in the Clone Wars. Bail Organa decided it was a good ship to start the two on as they hunted for a way to get Nikki back to Earth and hunt down the remaining Inquisitors. Nikki sat in the pilot seat while Cal huffed and sat next to her in the co-pilot seat,

"You know, I look older than you, so it would be more convincing that I fly-"

"I'm a better pilot,"

"No, you are not!"

"You barely flew in the Clone Wars. I flew all the time next to my brothers and Master Kenobi,"

Cal sighed,
